Great projector & support
Excellent projector and very good customer support I have been using the AWOL Vision LTV-3500 Pro for around two years now as the main projector in my home cinema. Overall, I have been very satisfied with it. The image quality is excellent, especially on a large screen, with impressive brightness, very good colors and a real cinema feeling at home. After two years of regular use, I still find the picture quality impressive. I recently experienced an issue with my projector and contacted AWOL Vision customer support. The communication has been very good throughout the process. They took the time to discuss the problem with me, offered solutions and ultimately helped me with a replacement. What I particularly appreciate is that I have always been able to communicate with real people who actually try to find a solution rather than simply sending generic answers. A premium projector is a significant investment, so after-sales support is very important. My experience with AWOL Vision, both with the LTV-3500 Pro itself and with their customer service, has been very positive. After around two years of ownership, I can definitely recommend the LTV-3500 Pro to anyone looking for a high-performance ultra-short-throw projector for a serious home cinema setup.

My wife has now become the biggest fan.
At first, my wife was not enthusiastic at all about the idea of buying an AWOL projector with such a large screen. Today, however, she has become the biggest fan of the entire setup. Our TV has become practically obsolete. I am already using my second AWOL projector, and the new Aetherion Max has truly impressed me. Especially in dark and black scenes, it delivers noticeably better image quality than its predecessor, the LTV-3500 Pro. By now, we are both thrilled. Not only my wife, but I have also become a true AWOL fan!

Phenomenal Projector & World-Class Support
As an early Kickstarter backer (backer number under 30), I’ve been using the AWOL Aetherion Max for over two months now, and it has exceeded expectations. The Product: The image quality is fantastic, and the user experience is smooth and intuitive. I was honestly surprised by how well it performs in full daylight without pulling down the blinds, even on my 0.8 gain screen. For gaming, the response time with the PS5 Pro is super crisp and fast. One practical tip: Keystone adjustments don't leave a huge amount of room for error, so make sure you plan your physical placement/space properly. Customer Service: I hit a minor hitch with the DLP chip, but AWOL’s customer support handled it flawlessly. They immediately logged the issue, I shipped my unit in, and I had a brand-new replacement in under two weeks. The support team was extremely friendly, communicative, and kept me updated every step of the way. 5/5 stars for both the projector and the team behind it. Highly recommended!

AWOL kept me informed
Jumped on the Kick starter program for the Aetherion Max just projector. During the waiting period my email provider changed my email address. Informed AWOL and there was no problem on their end. Informed Kick starter and they informed me that the existing account and all information would need to be deleted and a new account started. Fearing my information and money would disappear, I reach out to AWOL who kept in constant contact with me with assurances that the projector would be delivered. The "Max" arrived last week and even though the theater room isn't complete I hooked up the projector and let it just shine onto a wall. Very excited with the picture already which is spurring me on to get the room completed. Many thanks to AWOLfor keeping me in the loop making sure my information was not lost. Great group of people to work with and Sheldon bent over backwards to keep me informed. I am sure he was pulling his hair out with the number of emails that he got from me. Will definitely work with them again when the next gen projector cones out...

Huge shoutout to their customer support service
Huge shoutout to their customer support and Ray for the help troubleshooting my issue! Bought Valerion VisionMaster Pro2 a year ago, truly a wonderful product. It sometimes still brings a huge smile to my face just by looking at the gigantic screen on the wall right in front of me and appreciating its color and clarity, just like how I felt the first day I bought it! Lately, I've been playing more PC games on this thing and noticed image tearing, although I'm aware that this could be common for many 60hz display without VRS, but I still emailed them to see if this could be a specific issue with my PC's compatibility or a known issue with others. I have exchanged many emails with Ray and he has been a great help, providing great troubleshooting steps I(some what a tech guy) didn't even think of. He's really patient and the instructions were clear and indepth. And at the end, I was extremely shocked and totally didn't expect that they even offered me complimentary gifts! I was a happy boy unboxing the projector and seeing that big screen for the first time, and more than a year later, I'm still happy with their customer services!!
