Fraudulant Subscription Charges
Last year they tried to take an annual charge (I haven't used them in 10 yeas) I eventually got a refund and assurance this would not happen again. Today they have just taken an annual subscription again. They are almost impossible to contact and like most US companies do not are about their customer base. Use at your peril

DECEPTIVE IMMORAL THIEVES
In all honesty: I personally experienced &witnessed their anitvirus does not work. I experienced their predatory and deceptive business practices, aggressive upsells, difficulty cancel thw subscriptions. They were clearly notified there was no renewal. I changed my credit card number. They contacted my credit card customer service department and billed my new card. DECEPTIVE IMMORAL THIEVES!!!

Please do not trust AVG Company
Please do not trust AVG Company. They take your money and do not send the product. They also renewed my Antivirus with out my consent. I told them in a Email reply that I did not want my subscription renewed but they did it any way. They then took £109 out of my bank which I find appalling. It is impossible to speak or contact any one. Go with them at your own risk and that is what it is if you go with there company . It is clear they do not care about there customers wishes when they can treat people like this. Disgusting practice.

I alredy bought subscription to protect…
I alredy bought subscription to protect my PC. But it continiously sends me "risk alerts" and to sort them I have to pay another and another subscription. If You already promissed protection, why do I have to pay several subscriptions. I do not want to see every 30 min the mess about Your spam payments. Do not reccomend it to anyone! And no chance to cancel automatic subscription update. Only to cancel it strait away and loose money for the rest of the year! Basic subscription do the same as windows defender. So no reason to pay them at all.
