Extremely poor service
We hired AVASK, much time in advance, for a single, standard task: registering our Italian VAT number. Nine months later, it is still not done. Throughout the process they provided confusing and contradictory information, bouncing us from one contact to another, and their lack of knowledge of the procedure has cost us a significant amount of money, going from one procedure to another — nine months of selling into Italy without local stock, paying far higher cross-border fulfilment costs on every single unit. But the worst part is not the delay. It is that AVASK sets its own timelines, misses them, and then nobody in the company is capable of answering for it. When a deadline they committed to passes, they simply go silent. Emails go unanswered for weeks, follow-ups and reminders are ignored, and no one takes ownership or gives even a one-line status update. They do not hide the problem — they hide from the client. Paying a professional firm should mean less stress, not chasing them for months to get basic answers. If you rely on VAT registrations to run your business, look elsewhere. This level of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

Complete negligence, blocked sales, and zero support
I signed up and paid all required fees for my Spanish EPR/ERN registration with AVASK on May 5th. It is now August 28th, and I still have not received my registration number, resulting in my sales in Spain being completely blocked. For over three and a half months, AVASK did not even initiate the process or submit my documents. This only became obvious when they suddenly sent me a Power of Attorney (apoderamiento) form weeks ago, proving that my file had been completely ignored and sat dormant the entire time. When I tried to get answers, their communication completely collapsed. I have open follow-up cases (case ID# #124351) that have been ignored for weeks without a single response. Their total silence and lack of accountability show a massive internal failure. Instead of solutions or actual updates, I have only received empty apologies and excuses from an unprofessional team. This severe administrative incompetence has deeply affected my business, causing major financial losses and threatening the income that supports my family. Do not trust them with your compliance.
