Sconsiglio vivamente dì acquistare ovvero provare ad acquistare con loro. Ordine effettuato il 16 giugno il telefono doveva essere consegnato con questa presunta data dal 27 giugno -17 luglio, scrivendo molteplici email mi dicono che il telefono era arrivato e doveva essere rimballato, questo il giorno prima della data dì scadenza, per Poi infine dire il 3 agosto che sarà effettuato un rimborso perché vi erano problemi con il pagamento Amazon Pay, veramente pessimo sito, mi sono trovato in difficoltà causa forza maggiore, dovuto prendere un altro telefono veramente pessimo sito comunicazione soltanto tramite email con risposta a 48ore minimo ma avuto anche con molte ore dì più quindi 2 giorni per ogni messaggio state lontani da questo sito, veramente inaffidabile.Per la mia esperienza.

Buongiorno Riccardo, Manca un piccolo aggiornamento alla storia: il rimborso è stato effettuato tre settimane fa. Evidentemente il denaro è arrivato prima che questa informazione riuscisse a raggiungere la recensione. Il problema riguardava il pagamento tramite Amazon Pay e Le abbiamo spiegato che poteva semplicemente effettuare nuovamente il pagamento e ripetere l’ordine. Il Suo telefono era già pronto e avrebbe potuto essere spedito rapidamente. In altre parole: il telefono era pronto, il pagamento no. Per completare un acquisto servono entrambi; purtroppo non possiamo ancora accettare recensioni negative come metodo di pagamento. Le risposte sono state fornite via e-mail e la soluzione era piuttosto semplice: leggere il messaggio, ripetere correttamente il pagamento e ricevere il telefono. Lei ha invece preferito acquistare altrove e scrivere questa recensione. A volte leggere prima e scrivere dopo produce risultati sorprendentemente migliori. !!!!EXTREME WARNING!!!! Covert dropshipper distguised as "Irish Shop" Very slow and deliberately unhelpful "customer service". An order of around 650EUR for a mobile phone resulted in a loss of 180EUR and no item for me. Fortunately got at least most of my already paid money back. Tons of fabricated happy customer feedback on their site and web site, appearing to be from Ireland lure people in... DO NOT ORDER HERE AT ALL COSTS (no pun intended).... Addendum to the reaction of Blu Diode: If your "customer service" would be as good and reactive as in monitoring Trust Pilot we would not have had this issue in the first place! Luring customers in by acting as a shop located in Ireland and then letting them get aware that your "Irish shop" is just a proxy for running a covert dropshipping business, by an email that states "item is being repacked in Shengzhen" is not the finest for people ordering at BLUDIODE.com. There would have been plenty of time to solve that issue from your side and deliver my "oh so luxurious phone" - so BACK OFF! LOL

Hello,!!!!EXTREME UPDATE!!!! — one rather important detail was left out of this seven-month-late warning: you did not want to accept the phone. The device was sent from China to Austria and then had to travel back because you refused it. Apparently, you expected a luxury phone to enjoy an international China–Austria–China holiday entirely at our expense. Couriers have many services, but free round trips for unwanted parcels are not yet among them. The approximately €180 was not mysteriously swallowed by Bludiode. It covered the costs created by shipping the order internationally and returning it after you chose not to receive it. You were informed about these consequences, and you received the remaining amount back. Saying that you “lost €180 and received no item” is a little like returning dinner to the kitchen and then warning everyone that the restaurant left you hungry. Thank you for finding time to publish this warning seven months later. Ironically, the review appears to have travelled more slowly than the phone. Reading the conditions concerning refused international parcels before ordering would have made the entire journey shorter—and cheaper. À FUIR — Commande jamais livrée après 45 jours, en plus payée trop cher Commande passée le 6 juillet, 897€ payés. On est le 21 août et je n'ai TOUJOURS aucun numéro de suivi. Aucun tracking réel, juste des messages vagues du support qui repoussent sans cesse le délai. Le site annonce 22 jours max de livraison.. on est à plus du double sans aucune nouvelle fiable. En plus, j'apprends que cette même tablette sera bientôt disponible officiellement en Europe à un prix inférieur, sans risque de douane ni de TVA surprise. J'ai payé plus cher pour un service totalement défaillant. Zéro transparence, zéro sérieux. Je regrette amèrement d'avoir commandé ici. N'achetez pas sur ce site si vous voulez recevoir votre commande dans un délai raisonnable.

Lui, au moins, nous le connaissons: identité claire, marteau reconnaissable et livraisons probablement effectuées par la foudre. Pour « Thom », c’est plus compliqué. Aucun nom complet, aucune identité vérifiable et aucun numéro de commande permettant de retrouver cette histoire. Si votre prénom voyage aussi lentement que vous le prétendez pour votre tablette, ses dernières lettres devraient peut-être arriver dans un second colis. Vous affirmez également avoir payé trop cher parce que la tablette « sera bientôt » moins chère en Europe. Elle n’est pas encore disponible, son futur prix sert déjà de preuve, et nous sommes comparés à une offre qui n’existe pas encore. Votre colis serait en retard, mais votre machine à voyager dans le temps fonctionne visiblement à merveille. Si une personne réelle se cache derrière ce prénom livré à 75 %, qu’elle envoie son nom complet, son numéro de commande et l’adresse utilisée lors de l’achat à [email protected]. Do NOT trust this seller.. Unreliable, false promises, and zero respect for customers – TWICE!

Do NOT trust this seller! They have failed me not once, but twice with the exact same pathetic service and empty promises. Last year, I ordered a phone and paid in full. I was promised delivery within 4-6 weeks, but after waiting nearly two months (7-8 weeks), the item was NOT EVEN SHIPPED! Eventually, they just refunded my money after wasting weeks of my time. Thinking it might have been a one-off mistake, I gave them a second chance. Before placing my new order for a OnePlus phone, I explicitly emailed their support team, reminding them of last year's delay. They assured me that delivery times specified at checkout were accurate and guaranteed. I placed my order in May. The estimated delivery window was between June 20th and July 7th. Guess what? July 20th passed (two weeks AFTER the maximum delivery deadline and two months after payment), and the item was STILL NOT SHIPPED! They hold your money for months without even dispatching the item, completely ignoring their own promised delivery windows and direct customer support assurances. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and deceptive behavior. Save your time, money, and sanity—buy from somewhere else!

You describe an entire two-season saga involving phones, guarantees, delays and refunds, yet provide no order number that would allow any part of it to be verified. Normally, a sequel requires an original; our system cannot find even the pilot episode. If these purchases genuinely occurred at Bludiode, send both order numbers, payment confirmations and the details used to place them to [email protected]. Until then, we are left with only two realistic possibilities: the review was published under false details to avoid identification, or the story itself was invented.
