Very bad impression
Very bad impression. We delivered the vehicle with empty tank and they request 100 euro plus not return the deposit. We went to the nearest gas station we fill up more than the receiving condition and still they request not to return the deposit due to the the tank was not full. When we received the car the remaining km were 740 according to the vehicle's calculation and when we delivered were 840 which was not acceptable from the owners due to they want to see the indicating fuel bars full. Unfortunately I did not have a picture of the initial condition. After that they reply to us about returning the deposit that they will keep it as a penalty for smoking in to the car without evidence. Only that the receiver guy smells the car and says that we smoke inside. We did not smoke during our rent but what can I say if his nose is the evidence against my nose

Ho avuto un esperienza positiva con loro. È la prima volta che noleggio un auto ad agosto a Bucarest, così mi sono reso conto che ho fatto bene prenotarla molto prima anche senza averla pagata online. Quando sono arrivato da loro, è vero che ho dovuto aspettare circa 20 minuti per avere una macchina in quanto facevano fatica reperire auto disponibili per comi mi è stato spiegato. Comunque, mi hanno proposto un auto di clase superioare per non farmi aspettare ancora. Gli agenti sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili e le procedure molto veloci e chiare. Auto nuove, ben curate e pulite con tutte le dotazioni necessarie . Ci tornerò da loro sicuramente.

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service. Met two very polite and professional young chaps at Brasov train station to pick up the car. They gave a thorough walkabout with us and answered our questions about the hire. We purchased fully comprehensive insurance at a very reasonable cost ..so far the car is just great. We have dealt with many hire car companies on our travels around the world but this company and it's staff have been the friendliest and the best value for money. Highly recommended 😁
