Received other customer's parcel, not mine
unfortunately the delivery was awful. I love the item I purchased, but if the delivery situation does not change, I cannot order this again. the delivery was left outside my house after 8pm, no knock or notice. this was after the incorrect item was delivered (another customer's order). I had to go back and forth with the courier over and over trying to locate my delivery. I had to call that customer myself, who collected the huge (it was over 1.5m and weighed more than 25kg) parcel that was left at my front door. I could barely exit my house. That customer said he was so thankful to me, because he had been trying to get his delivery for 4 days and they didn't know where it was. I was the first person who actually confirmed that they knew the location of his order. And I don't even work for them. I just didn't want his item to be lost any further than it already was. meanwhile privacy breaches in the leaking of customer names, addresses, and phone numbers occurred throughout, with the delivery company sending incorrect parcels to many customers. I cannot feel confident in my details being safe, and my carton was wet because it was outside all night, because no one expects anything to be delivered after 5pm, let alone after 8pm. it's a really unacceptable delivery service, and while the items I ordered are excellent, the stress isn't worth it.

I had an excellent experience with AusFF. The ordering and parcel-forwarding process was straightforward, and I received helpful updates throughout the shipment. My package arrived safely and in good condition. The service was reliable and made it easy for me to purchase items from Australia and have them delivered to the United States. I would gladly use AusFF again and highly recommend it.
