Delays and lack of information
I placed my order on June 24th, with information stating that delivery should take place within a couple of days. On July 6th, as I still hadn't received my order, I contacted Bam Bam and was told that they would ship it as soon as possible. I finally received the order on August 1st, more than five weeks after placing it. During that time, I received no tracking information or updates about the delay. Unfortunately, the product didn't fit, so I contacted Bam Bam to arrange a return. They told me they would send me a return label, but nothing arrived. I contacted them again and was told that the return label would be sent to me immediately by email. Again, I waited, but received nothing. Since the payment was made through Klarna, I registered the return with them. However, because they had not received confirmation that the return had actually taken place, Klarna eventually declined the return registration and I had to pay the full amount. Ironically, the day after(!) Klarna declined the return registration, I received the return label from Bam Bam. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the repeated need to follow up, both for the original delivery and for something as simple as a return label, has been very disappointing. I have now returned the order and can only hope that Bam Bam processes the return properly and reports it to Klarna so that I can finally get my money back.
