j'ai déposé ma location sur le site de ATRAVEO. Un jour, je reçois un coup de téléphone d'une dame concernant sa réservation sur booking, je vérifie et je lui dis que je n'ai pas de réservation sur ma page booking, elle me dit qu'elle a reçu une confirmation de booking, Je ne comprends pas ce qu'il se passe, j'attends une paire d'heure et toujours aucun mail de réservation. Pensant que c'est une arnaque je conseille à cette dame d'annuler. le lendemain je reçois le lien de la page de l'annonce booking ou elle a réservé. même photos. mon adresse, n° de contact de l'établissement +49697..... Ferienwohnung Goquelicot Le Petit Luberon et identité plus ou moins pareil aujourd'hui la dame a annulé elle a perdu plus de 250 euros qui ne lui ont pas été remboursé. moi pensant que le montant me serait payé, j'ai proposé à la dame de venir sans payer. Aujourd'hui ATRAVEO ne veut pas me rembourser, J'ai fais preuve d'h....té envers la locataire, atraveo fait preuve d'escroquerie. Je n'ai jamais été informé de cette demande de location en temps réel de la part de atraveo après la réservation de cette dame

I would avoid this company at all…
I would avoid this company at all costs. They are trying to get a 90% cancellation fee from us - we wrote to them 60 days before departure wishing to cancel due to Covid and were prepared to lose our deposit (as per the contract) and it took them over a month to respond. They suggested we cancel online and the property we had rented is no longer listed. They are very unhelpful, unreasonable and take a long time to respond. I would not wish my experience on anyone at all. Awful company

Worst experience possible. They're unreachable when trying to cancel the trip, and after weeks of mailing and trying to call, they simply charge you with a whopping 25% + 39Eur cancellation fee. Atraveo (related to TUI Villas) is a very opaque organisation which tricks you via various sub-agencies into renting a sub-standard villa. Don't book via Atraveo. Just don't.
