Warning: Severe Negligence, Unsafe Facilities, and Unprofessional Behavior at Arak Clinic I am writing this review to share my experience with Arak Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey, where I underwent a hair transplant procedure three months ago. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to be extremely cautious due to several serious concerns: Unlicensed Operating Environment: The procedure was not performed in an accredited hospital or clinical facility. Instead, it took place in a residential house, which raises significant health, safety, and hygiene concerns. Practitioner Fatigue and Rushed Procedure: My surgery was performed late at night by a doctor who had already completed another operation earlier that morning. Due to extreme fatigue, the doctor rushed through the procedure, resulting in poor execution. Communication Barriers: The attending doctor did not speak English, and no translator was provided during the surgery. I was unable to ask questions or give proper informed consent during the operation. Zero Aftercare and Ghosting: Three months post-procedure, there has been zero hair growth or progress. When I attempted to reach out to the staff members assigned to my case—specifically Rashid Khan, Nuri, and Salma—my messages were ignored. Later, I was told by each of them that they had suddenly left their jobs, completely cutting off my post-operative care and support. This experience has been distressing and financially draining. I am sharing my experience to ensure potential patients are fully aware of the lack of medical standards, communication, and aftercare provided by Arak Clinic.

WARNING: Gross Malpractice, Severe Health Damage, and Fraud at Arak ClinicI highly warn everyone against using Arak Clinic. My treatment at this facility resulted in severe health complications and permanent physical damage.According to an official clinical report by a specialist dentist issued on July 13, 2026:I am suffering from advanced facial paresthesia (total loss of sensation on the left side of my face) since March 2026 due to iatrogenic nerve compression caused directly by their treatment.The crowns are structurally defective, asymmetrical, and are heavily pressing directly onto my gum tissue, causing constant trauma.Gaps and open margins allow food particles to continuously pass underneath the prosthesis, making cleaning physically impossible and creating an imminent risk of acute infection (peri-implantitis) and bone loss.Serious financial and administrative violations:I officially paid for 26 crowns, but the clinic installed only 25 crowns, leaving the treatment incomplete.The clinic demanded cash payments to deliberately evade national taxation and failed to provide any official tax invoice.They issued my medical leave documentation under a completely different clinic's name with which I had no contract.When I demanded urgent medical rectification, the clinic completely ceased communication, ignored my formal letters, and refused to offer any remedy.I have officially submitted my entire file, including full chat logs, photographs, and the direct phone number of the doctor involved in unauthorized nighttime cover-ups (+90 551 509 63 21), to the Ministry of Health and CİMER. Avoid this clinic at all costs for your own safety.

I had good experience with Arak clinic
I had good experience with Arak clinic. The technician performing surgery was struggling with English and explanation. The translator had to come at the later part of the surgery. The contact point Rashid Khan was extremely supportive. He was very responsive from the time I booked the treatment. He still follows me even few weeks after surgery. I am yet to see final results of my procedure. The clinic was clean and hygienic. I would recommend this place given the price and cleanliness.

I strongly do NOT recommend this place. The crowns were fitted unevenly. After I reported the issue, they only corrected one side and left the rest as it was – still poorly done. On top of that, I was overcharged – I was billed for 28 crowns, even though we had clearly agreed beforehand on 24 + 2 additional crowns. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and honesty. Instead of focusing on their work and the patient, the doctors seem more interested in flirting with the assistants. The final result is unacceptable, and the overall attitude towards the client is disgraceful. Avoid this place – unprofessional and dishonest.
