Waste of time for developers! terrible review process
I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience attempting to list a product on AppSumo. My application was rejected, which is fine, rejections happen. What is entirely unacceptable is that it took them over a month just to review the application, with zero apology for the delay. On top of that, AppSumo requires developers to build backend infrastructure, integrate their API, and handle code redemption before the product ever passes initial review. Demanding full API integration before product approval is a massive waste of time. Making developers wait over a month for a rejection with zero apology is plain disrespectful, founders should avoid this platform.

I've been a client for nearly a decade
I've been a client for nearly a decade. There have been several instances when the support team has really helped me out. Most recently, I had one return I wanted to make, and usually we have 60 days to make the return,but this particular product had only 30 days. I didn't notice but since I was just a few days late, and I don't often make returns, the team was able to help me out. Much appreciated.

Applicazione lifetime cessata e soldi non rimborsati
Ho acquistato un'applicazione web lifetime che ha smesso di esistere dopo poco tempo. Appsumo non si è offerta neanche di rimborsare la spesa, per cui non mi fido più di spendere soldi per acquistare dal sito.
