Great support when needed
Bought my first printer from them earlier in 2026 and right out of the box I couldn't get the 4-to-1 clogging detection module to work with my ACE. Support was quick to act and sent out a new one that worked just as expected. A month or so later the ACE started making a weird sound and then threw an error code at me when starting a drying cycle. Once again support sent out just the needed parts and linked to a good detailed guide of how I replaced the part. Personally I love this method of handling errors because it's quicker and easier than sending in the device for repairs and I learn something along the way. I might change my mind if I need to replace something that is way out of my skillset to handle but until then I'm very happy with the customer service that Anycubic have delivered.

Terrible company purchased a Kobra x…
Terrible company purchased a Kobra x earlier this month all I did was jam from day 1 messaged them waiting 4-5 days at a time to get a reply trying to return a faulty printer is impossible and I've just made the mistake of purchasing a s1 which hasn't turned up yet and again waste of time messaging them luckily I've purchased through eBay (but from anycubic) and when or even if it turns up I will be returning straight to them from eBay and letting them have the stress of getting my refund sorted . This company is a disgrace and is only interested in taking people's money I wish I'd learnt the 1st time and also checked there feedback on here and eBay as obviously lots and lots of people are having the issues with these lot
