It's very frustrating that the system…
It's very frustrating that the system glitched out and it canceled my a list subscription membership, I then went to support and I was able to undo that and I have my subscription again which I had had for about 4 months and then on the 5th month I decided to cancel but then they said that I would have to pay an early termination fee since I hadn't been 3 months but I had already been with AMC for longer then 3 months but the system was being frustrating and untruthful about this . I had to stay with them an extra month to avoid those fees and that was just frustrating and I'm not going back to this company or movie theater again . Even when I reached out to support to address this they completely ignored it and said they wasn't anything they could do

AMC has stolen $191 from me and is now unresponsive.
AMC has stolen $191 from me and is no longer responding to my emails and my help request through their app. Interesting that there is no other way to contact anyone for help. I bought 10 tickets, with gift cards, to a movie far in the future and had to cancel due to a conflict with 6 of the people that were coming. My cancellation went through and the message was that I would receive a virtual gift card as a refund. I was fine with that because that is the way I paid to begin with. The virtual gift card was never sent nor was there a credit balance on by account. I sent a help request and had to send it twice more before I finally got a response that it would be looked into. 2 days later I get an email that they will not be refunding any of my gift cards. No explanation, just no. I responded with more information in the hopes that they would understand that I am due a refund. I am now being ghosted. I tried to post on their Twitter (X) site but it is shut down. I found 6 different phone numbers, all of them state that they do not accept phone calls and to send a customer service request through their app. I emailed again and requested that the issue be escalated to management and still have not received a response. Very sad because the AMC theater we go to is my favorite but I don’t think I will be spending any more money with a company that thinks they have the right to steal money and ignore paying customers. I will also be cancelling my paid for Stubbs membership.

I went to the superstition East 12…
I went to the superstition East 12 theatre in Arizona, I usually go to harkins but only AMC was showing the classic anniversary movie, I did not realize how far behind AMC was. The lobby’s are dated, the popcorn bucket was barely full and had stale popcorn. The drink machine was out of almost all the drink options, then I get to my seats and they are gross, the leather is so worn and torn I didn’t even wanna sit down. After I sit I’m treated to a half hour of previews and numerous AMC ads, it’s ridiculous, I’m already here why do I need 3 ads. That’s like my car giving me a ford ad everytime I start it. I already bought the car I don’t need the ad. Then I have to hear the movie next door the whole time during my movie. I will not be back to AMC.

I enjoy going to the AMC theatre near…Classic Lisbon in Ct.
I enjoy going to the AMC theatre near me. It’s so convenient that you can even order your drinks and snacks before you arrive. This way you can skip the concession line. I can also get half price tickets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Half price with the same thrills as full price.
