A Professional and Competent Service
A group of 11 people were going on holiday to Austria in August. Although the flights and hotel were booked there was no transfers included. I chose AlpinBus mainly because of their website which was comprehensive and informative. The process of booking a return transfer was very easy and the price was reasonable so I completed the booking. I had an email shortly after confirming the booking and providing information about the pickups. The day before our journey I received another email confirming the time of pickup and where the driver would be. We were taken to the resort in two comfortable vehicles by two competent drivers and the same process happened for our return journey. This is a professional service and AlpinBus is highly recommended.

Super nice But LOST
Super nice and accommodating. Clean van. But what really needed was a driver who knew how to get to the airport. We booked from a major tourist location to a major airport, literally two highways. Yet the driver insisted on following his GPS, despite my - is this really the right way…how long does your GPS say it’s going to take because mine says… The driver took us literally to a dirt road…and only decided to turn around when confronted with a local private road toll?!? What is that anyway. Lost over an hour of time backtracking and restarting on what should have been a 90 minute drive.

Wrong child seats provided
Wrong child seats provided. Very clearly requested and confirmed the age of child seats needed. Driver also went the long way through the mountains. Would not recommend

The driver was 30 min late
The driver was 30 min late. Was very rude, Did not help with our luggage. I was with a kid, had to drag all my luggage. called the operator 3 times, left voice messsages, no one called back. Do NOT recommend!!!!

Our driver was the best
Our driver was the best! He was professional, courteous, prompt, safe, helpful (with our many bags!), and he was a delight to talk with. We hope that he will be our driver again in the future. Thank you all!
