If I could put a minus star I would
If I could put a minus star I would, took me ages to get a collection date and finally booked in for today AM collection 3.45pm still no phone call to advise I found their number and called them had to wait for 18 minutes for someone to answer the phone to be told that it is still showing for collection today they will get the driver to call me. 10 minutes later he calls to tell me that his morning collections were cancelled this morning!! I asked why the office told me it was still on for today he said he didn't know and that they leave it to the driver to advise the customer which he hasn't bothered to do, nobody can give me a new date it has to go back to the funder for them to advise which is ridiculous, I work in this industry and think it is the poorest of services no respect for customer's at all, I even said all your reviews speak for themselves and tell the same story what an absolute sham of a company

Good service
A prompt quick service the driver was very good and kept me informed of everything he was doing while he was there a very easy company to deal with .

Got the job
Got the job. Popped up for training what a complete waste of time. First day sat in canteen for 6 hrs received 1hr 15 min driving. 2nd day yet another joke canteen 6 hrs got 1 hr training . Spoke to other drivers. Ya get hammered on ya driving hrs . Then have to do at least 40-60 mins a car. So end up doing 13-15 hrs a day every day. Turned up last day of training hung around 2 hrs lol instructor not in. Can’t work for a company that standard of training. They thought that acceptable. Not surprised they always need drivers ..PPP

CAR FELL OFF TRANSPORT VEHICLE
CAR FELL OFF TRANSPORT VEHICLE Avoid avoid avoid avoid - this company had already cancelled my collection at the last minute one and this time on the second attempt and after putting the car on the transport vehicle decided my car was too big for the truck provided. The driver then proceeded to reverse the car off the truck which resulted in it falling off and causing extensive damage. This company is now saying it is my issue to sort after the vehicle has already been transferred over on the V5C to the auction house with my insurance and tax also cancelled.
