A 28% price increase - are you kidding??
My family have been with Aldi Mobile for many years. I just received an email indicating the price for our family plan will be increasing from $125 per month to $160 per month. This is a 28% increase. The add on's are irrelevant for my family as we just need a simple plan for the 6 of us. Disgraceful - 28% in one shot all while people are struggling with the cost of living. Looking for a new provider. My advice, stay away from these greedy operators.

Price raised weeks after I joined, and international calls do not work
I moved my whole family of four to ALDI Mobile less than a month ago, mainly because of the $95 four-service Family Plan. Weeks later I was told the price goes up to $118 from 30 September, a 24% increase, before I had even settled in. The extra inclusions do nothing for us. We use about 8.9 GB of data in total across all four services, so the extra 80 GB is meaningless. The international inclusions are the part we actually care about, and those are unchanged, so there is no added value at all. Worse, the international calling does not work properly. We cannot make calls to overseas landline numbers, which was one of the reasons we picked this plan. Paying 24% more for data we will never touch, while the feature we need stays the same and is currently broken, is not a good deal. Disappointing start.

Outstanding value and service
Outstanding value and service for over 8 years!I have been a happy ALDI mobile customer for more than 8 years and highly recommend them. I’ve suggested them to family and friends, and everyone has had a fantastic experience. Their customer service team is always helpful when needed, and the data allowances are so generous it honestly feels like having an unlimited plan. If you want great coverage, excellent service, and unbeatable prices, ALDI mobile is the way to go.

I have been with ALDImobile for 8 years
I have been with ALDImobile for 8 years. I wanted to downgrade my plan because they kept upping the expense. I had 2 terabytes of rollover data. All disappeared just because I didn’t want to pay $40 a month anymore. No warning. They expect you to find the terms and conditions to read them anytime you change something because nothing came up to warn me before changing plans. It usually does for other things but this time, NOTHING. Their reasoning for not giving the data back — ‘our system won’t let us’?? But it’s your system… change it. What harm is it going to do to give me my PAID FOR data back? The resolution: a refund of 2 months worth. Great. I just wanted my data back.

Had an esim with them working perfectly…
Had an esim with them working perfectly for 6 months then it just broke. Called and they said there is nothing they can do about this and it's just unavailable with no explanation. Do not recommend ALDI for an esim.
