I’m planning to switch my Airtel SIM…
I’m planning to switch my Airtel SIM next month. Honestly, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Airtel. Just look at the recharge prices — ₹349, ₹399, and I won’t be surprised if you increase it to ₹500 next month. 😑 I recharged on August 4th, and now it’s already the beginning of September and I have to recharge again. I’m honestly fed up with this SIM. So next month, I’m switching to Vi. Enough is enough! 🙂

just imagine the level of their latency…
just imagine the level of their latency (ping) when i had to wait whole min just to load this pages star rating . i mean never get wifi of this thing its trash the customer care wont even bother picking up calls the ai bot will say we have encounteered a technical problem in ur area like we wanna talk to the executive they have but nu uh no one responds their net work download speed is trash and the pings even more trash 100 plus every time a

network is good but staffs are careless
Their network is good but their field staffs are hopeless and spoilsport. Whereas company invests heavily on weather proof infrastructures such as waterproof junction boxes, their field technicians are extreme reluctant to close the boxes that leads to water and dust entry into the junctions and frequent breakdown. Their staffs are however carless and stubborn, refuse to close boxes inspite of requests from customers like me.

Actually I would not like to give it any stars but since the site would let me post otherwise, I am forced to give it 1. In Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, Airtel WiFi service sucks big time. On an average we get 10 SMS saying how Airtel is sorry due to a network issue and equal number, after few minutes saying the problem has been fixed. It appears their technical team only has toddlers who enjoying playing Switch On/Off. The other alternative Jio is horrible, and we aspire to be Vishwaguru, my foot.

Sabse ghatiya sim i have ever used 15 din mai 15 bar call kar chuki hu customer service pe because mera net he nhi chl rha mera recharge waste hua pure month ka na koi result milta h bas complaint dal dete h bolte h madam ho jayega apko call karne ki jarurat nhi padegi but 15 din se m data he use nhi kar pa rhi 399 k recharge mai b just two months more or apni sim port kara lungi and i will never suggest anyone ki airtel use karo sabse ghatiya sim and services b kuch nhi hota h inse
