Do not use this service

Do not use this service! I used them twice for arrivals at CDG, and while the first time was fine and very professional, the second was absolutely horrible. The greeter was late, did not answer his phone, made excuses for why it was not his fault that we could not find him, and when we got to customs, he simply wandered around trying to figure out where to take us. We saved no time. After we exited customs, I told him to leave us alone, and he refused and became very aggressive. My children were afraid, and I thought he could even become violent. The company refused to refund my money, and despite me giving them photographic evidence and the real-time chat with their customer service WhatsApp as the event was happening, they accepted his completely opposite account of events. It was absolutely traumatizing. Save your money and your well-being, and do not use this company! PS...after seeing their response, I can assure you that they are giving you the same lies that their person told them. Everything I said is the truth, and I have the photos to prove it.

Dear Steven, We are genuinely sorry that your second experience at CDG did not meet the standard you experienced with us previously. However, we believe it is important that anyone reading this review has the complete picture. We investigated this incident thoroughly with our CDG station management and the greeter involved, and reviewed the WhatsApp communications exchanged with our support team during the service. We fully acknowledge that our greeter was not waiting directly at the aircraft gate when you exited. The aircraft's parking position was changed after landing, requiring him to reposition himself. He was waiting at the passenger exit area and subsequently located your wife and children shortly after they exited. We apologized for this from the beginning. However, the statement that he simply wandered around and did not know where to take you is not consistent with the operational report we received. Our greeter accompanied your family to immigration and moved you from the family queue to the available priority/Fast Track line. There were passengers ahead and limited border-control staffing, so even the priority line involved a short wait. Fast Track cannot guarantee immediate processing when airport authorities are operating with limited capacity. The most serious allegation concerns what happened after immigration. You state that our greeter became aggressive and that you feared he could become violent. We take such allegations extremely seriously. However, our investigation produced a materially different account. Our greeter states that after immigration you repeatedly instructed him to leave and threatened to call the police if he did not move away. He states that he attempted briefly to understand why you wanted him to leave while he was still responsible for completing the service, and then left. We found no evidence establishing that he threatened you, attempted to intimidate you, or behaved violently toward you or your children. We therefore cannot present an allegation of threatening conduct as an established fact when the accounts differ fundamentally. You also state that we ignored your evidence and simply accepted the greeter's account. This is not correct. We reviewed your WhatsApp messages, photographs and communications together with the detailed report from our CDG team. Your messages clearly demonstrate your frustration and dissatisfaction with the service. However, they do not independently establish that our greeter threatened or attempted to harm you. There is another important fact missing from this review: we offered you a 30% refund as a goodwill gesture. We made this offer because we acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the delayed meeting, while also recognizing that the booked service was substantially performed. The greeter ultimately located your family, accompanied you to immigration, provided priority assistance and remained available until you instructed him to leave. We therefore could not justify a full refund, but nevertheless offered 30% to reach a fair commercial resolution. Cédric has worked with our CDG operation on numerous occasions and has received positive feedback from passengers. This does not mean we automatically take his side in complaints; it means we investigate based on the available evidence. We respect your right to share your experience. We simply believe future customers should have the opportunity to see both sides of what happened. Exceptional Meet & Greet Service – A Must for Traveling Through Greece

We had an exceptional experience with AIRPORTEO throughout our family vacation in Greece. We used their Meet & Greet and transportation services multiple times across Athens and Corfu, for both arrivals and departures, and the quality of service was consistently outstanding. The greeters were extremely professional, punctual, helpful, and, most importantly, genuinely humble and welcoming. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made every airport experience smooth and stress-free, especially when traveling as a family. A service like this is particularly valuable at Athens International Airport, where passport-control queues can be extremely long and the overall process can be challenging during busy periods. Having AIRPORTEO’s assistance made a significant difference to our experience. Their airport transportation was equally reliable and comfortable, and considering the level of service and attention provided, the pricing represents excellent value for money. After using AIRPORTEO several times throughout our trip, I can confidently say their excellent service is consistent and reliable. This team is amazing. It worked out better than promised. From the meet and greet at the gate to the transfer to the next terminal in Cdg for takeoff was perfect. The escort was done by two people and a driver outside. No wait no worry. Like out of a movie. I would l recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you.
