This is my second review I ordered several items from ACME Fun on the 8th of November, including a jumpsuit, two pairs of earrings, an earpiece, a body chain, and a pair of boots. The jumpsuit, earrings, and dress arrived on the 25th of November, but the quality was appalling. Both the jumpsuit and dress, where faulty the jumpsuit had a hole in it and dress zip would not open they both were poorly made, and the earrings were as flimsy as plastic toy earrings . I immediately filed a complaint with photographic evidence. Initially, ACME Fun offered me a 10% refund if I repaired the jumpsuit myself, which I declined. They said I could not return the jewelry as per their policy. They eventually agreed to accept the clothing items for return. On the 27th of November, the boots arrived—but they were the wrong size (I ordered a size 8, but they didn’t even fit my foot). The quality was equally disappointing, feeling more like paper than proper footwear. Since then, I’ve been requesting a proper invoice and returns label. As of the 30th of November, I have yet to receive either. On the 29th, Royal Mail arrived to collect only one item, despite four needing to be returned. Today, I was told I would need to pay $33 to return the boots, which are worth less than £5 in quality. I’ve decided to take them to the post office myself, which will cost about £10, but ACME Fun insists they’ll deduct $33 from my refund. This company is selling poor-quality goods at prices that don’t reflect their value. They make the returns process unnecessarily difficult, delay issuing the correct labels, and then expect customers to pay hefty return fees for their own mistakes. Do not trust this organisation. Their customer service is unhelpful, their items are substandard, and their practices feel deceptive. Avoid ACME Fun at all costs, even if they are associated with Klarna.
