A nightmare!!
A nightmare!!! I ordered 2 pairs. Regular glasses have etched prescription numbers on the glass!!! Sunglasses were too dark. Returned them via expediated post 2 months ago. They will not respond, or send me a credit. The regular glasses that have etched numbers in the corner are i.possi le to keep clean. NEVER USE THIS CHEATING UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!!!

Lost package and zero communication, not wanting to give me a number tracking
They gave me fhe tracking number but now it says that item is abandoned, ABBE doesnt want to give me a new tracking number and when I talk about it or anything they don’t answer as soon as possible, the communication is poor and their phone number doesn’t even work, they say they will fix all of this but they don’t, they are not giving me a solution and I’m so concerned and anxious, if I could give it 0 stars I would, they are not communicating with me

it has now been two weeks since I placed it. I have been patient throughout this process, but I am becoming increasingly concerned. I was informed that I would receive my tracking number, but I have still not received it. I have also sent several emails and attempted to call during your business hours without receiving a response. I appreciate that you previously informed me about the address issue and confirmed that you received my updated physical address, but I have not received any further updates. If I do not receive a valid tracking number within the next 5 hours, I will have no choice but to request a full refund. I sincerely hope we can resolve this matter as soon as possible, and I look forward to your prompt response. I’m so concerned and the communication is so weak. Never buy from here please, trust what I’m saying, they are a scam and they are not giving me information about my glasses. ORDER NUMBER: OD55755
