2game has updated its website, but it is not as user-friendly as it used to be. For instance, I used to be able to look up all discounted games on the site and sort them by discount percentage; that is no longer possible after the redesign. What surprised me the most was my pre-order for *Onimusha: Way of the Sword - Premium Deluxe Edition*. The system kept showing the status as "processing." I’ve pre-ordered many games from 2game before. Sometimes the codes arrive on the release day, but in any case, you either get the code immediately or the system notifies you that it will be provided upon release. There is no such thing as a status that just sits there as "processing" indefinitely. I contacted customer support, only to find out shortly after that my order had been cancelled. They informed me that the game was sold out. What is going on here? If I hadn't reached out, would I have simply failed to receive the game code by the release date? I encountered a similar situation with another authorized retailer before, but they asked if I wanted to cancel the order or wait for the code, rather than cancelling it without asking. Furthermore, none of the pre-order listings on 2game currently specify whether there are any pre-order bonuses included. There was a time when 2game was great, but things have completely changed now.

Was worried cuz of the reviews but got my key right away (Click the EYE icon to reveal your key)...contacting them if it don't work and they replied maybe within an hour. 2 star down because: 1) Very buggy website even if I use different browsers (Brave, Chrome, etc...). 2) Highly fraud tag from Wellsfargo... -Got phone text to call them at a number (Supposedly Wellsfargo) to confirm a $3 purchase requiring a code sent to my phone. -After purchase I got a call again from the Wellsfargo fraud dept but I did not answer cuz most of them are scam instead I'm the one who usually calls...besides I already called to confirm it. -Wellsfargo locked my account so had to call them to see if this 2Game company ran a scam from the $3 purchase requiring a code from my phone at first call so they unblocked it. Again, I tho it was this company trying to gain access to my bank account... You should never give out personal account info AND/OR code from your phone because they might try to gain access to your bank account.

I bought a few games 10 days ago. I couldn't reveal my key so I contacted support immediately. They told me my order was put on hold and asked me a bunch of questions that I think are unnecessary, but I answered them anyway But since then they've been ghosting me. It's been a WEEK with no reply at all. My order is still on hold, no keys delivered, no refund, my money lost. I'm contacting my bank to do a chargeback. Avoid buying from them if you don't want to be scammed

I bought a key for LEGO Batman Trilogy, order says "COMPLETE", went to reveal the key and every time I press it says "please try again later". I tried multiple browsers, multiple devices. I emailed support and received a probably ai generated response "Hello. I can see in our system that you were able to successfully redeem your key. We remain available if you have any questions. 2GAME appreciates your contact!". I literally sent them a screenshot of the key not revealing before this. Even if I was lying and I already used the key, the fact that I cannot see the key on my account would still be a problem, like you can on any other key site even after redeeming it. 2 days in a row the reveal button is not working at all. I expect a reply from an actual human on Monday so I can reveal the key. I DON'T WANT A REFUND right now, I want the key for an order that already says COMPLETE. I will come back with an update once I get an actual response. Edit: They said that they'll ask the developers for the key and give it to me yesterday, today I get an email saying they'll refund me since the game is out of stock. They are quite literally lying to my face, the game is very clearly in stock, at the 50 dollar price tag instead of the 5 I paid.

i bought minecraft for 20 euros, but it was the x-box version which was not shown anywhere until I claimed the key (which normally voids their refund policy) spend hours wondering why and trying to figure it out but they did end up emailing me about a refund in the next 2 days after emailing them, just make sure that the game is actually on the platform it displays (if they EVEN tell you) or you will have to go through customer support like me to get it resolved so i would still hesitate buying from here if it is not a big price difference for other sites, the website should be more transparent on what version or what the key is for (Which they already have like it had steam on it but didn't use the correct one leading to this whole ordeal)

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
