Genuinely impressed with both the device and the customer service support

I bought the ZenoWell device somewhat on a whim after struggling with chronic headaches, fatigue, poor sleep, low energy, and several other symptoms of undiagnosed origins, and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. After using it regularly for several days, I began noticing a real difference. My energy and motivation improved; I felt calmer and less overstimulated; my sleep quality improved considerably, and I stopped waking up feeling sweaty and exhausted. I was also wearing a continuous glucose monitor at the time and noticed a very interesting disappearance of the reactive hypoglycemic episodes I had been experiencing. These hypos appeared not only to be linked to food consumption but also to essential physical activity (like walking around). When I stopped using the ZenoWell, they returned, and improved again when I restarted it. Of course, that is my personal observation, but it was remarkable enough that I have continued using the device. More recently, I developed a problem getting good contact with my earpiece. I contacted ZenoWell support, and they were incredibly helpful and are sending me two replacement earpieces completely free of charge. Overall, I have been genuinely impressed with both the ZenoWell and the company's customer service. I've recommended it to friends and family and shared my experience on social media because, for me, it has made a noticeable difference in my quality of life. I would happily recommend giving it a try.

A Great Product Backed by Outstanding Customer Support

I discovered this product while researching online for ways to take better care of my quality of life and improve my sleep. I have been using it for several months now, and it has helped me a lot in achieving more balanced sleep and in relieving headaches during stressful periods. It is simple to use, practical, and easy to take with you wherever you go. After several months of use, I experienced a minor issue with the ear cable and the electronics. However, this gave me the opportunity to have a great experience with their customer support team. They responded promptly, handled the situation immediately, and sent me a replacement cable, even adding an extra one as a complimentary gift. I really appreciated their efficiency, courtesy, and genuine attention to the customer. Despite the issue with the device, the excellent after-sales service left me with a very positive impression. I would definitely recommend both this company and its product.

Frechheit! Erst wird einem ganz großzügig eine Verlängerung der Rückgabe angeboten, und dann meldet sich keiner mehr! Mir hat das Teil null gebracht! Würde ich nicht empfehlen

I use my Zenowell twice a day (20mins) a time every day

i use my Zenowell vita 2X every day, over one year so far i have noticed my state of calm increasing (especially following using it), My sleep duration and onset have both increased with my deep sleep (apple watch) rising significantly. My HRV score has also increased. I have always found Zenowell customer service to be prompt, efficient and helpful

Grottenschlechter Kundenservice

Eine Woche non-stop nach Rücksendeadresse gefragt. Sie wollten Sie unbedingt nicht rausrücken. Danach hab ich sie dann bekommen und CHF 40.00 fürs zurück schicken bezahlt. Ich könnte wetten, dass die auch bei der Rückerstattung Probleme machen. Finger weg, ein seriöses Unternehmen würde Rücksendeetikette senden!!!

Liebe Kundin, es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie die Kommunikation zur Rückgabe als so enttäuschend und frustrierend empfunden haben. Wir verstehen sehr gut, dass es eine äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung ist, über mehrere Tage hinweg nach der Rücksendeadresse fragen zu müssen, nachdem Sie Ihre Rückgabe bereits klar angefragt hatten. Wir möchten uns aufrichtig dafür entschuldigen, dass der Ablauf in diesem Fall nicht klar und direkt genug war. Wenn ein Kunde eindeutig mitteilt, dass er ein Produkt zurückgeben möchte, sollte der Rückgabeprozess schneller und transparenter weitergeführt werden, ohne dass das Gefühl entsteht, immer wieder erneut erklären zu müssen oder hingehalten zu werden. In diesem Punkt hätten wir definitiv besser handeln müssen. Falls unser Kundenservice zuvor weiterhin nach Ihrer Nutzungserfahrung gefragt hat, war dies nicht dazu gedacht, die Rückgabe zu verzögern. Der Hintergrund ist, dass sich die Erfahrung mit ZenoWell manchmal durch kleine Anpassungen beim Sitz des Ohrstücks, beim Elektrodenkontakt oder bei der Intensität verbessern lässt. Gleichzeitig verstehen wir aber, dass diese Kommunikation in Ihrer Situation nicht hilfreich gewirkt hat, sondern eher wie ein Hindernis im Rückgabeprozess. Dafür entschuldigen wir uns. Bezüglich der Rücksendekosten ist es derzeit leider so, dass wir nicht in allen Regionen ein vorfrankiertes Rücksendeetikett anbieten können. Gemäß unserer aktuellen Rückgabepolitik werden die Rücksendekosten vom Kunden getragen. Dennoch nehmen wir Ihr Feedback sehr ernst und verstehen, dass diese Information klarer und früher kommuniziert werden sollte. Zu Ihrer Sorge bezüglich der Rückerstattung möchten wir Ihnen versichern, dass wir Ihr Rücksendepaket weiter im Blick behalten. Sobald es in unserem Rücksendelager angekommen ist und die Prüfung abgeschlossen wurde, wird die Rückerstattung gemäß unserem Rückgabeprozess bearbeitet. Wir möchten den Erstattungsprozess keinesfalls unnötig erschweren. Nochmals entschuldigen wir uns aufrichtig für diese unangenehme Erfahrung. Wir werden Ihr Feedback intern weitergeben und unsere Kommunikation im Rückgabeprozess weiter verbessern, damit andere Kunden künftig nicht dieselbe Erfahrung machen müssen.
