Deceitful practice in hotel bookings
The company engages in deceitful practices in their recommended hotel bookings. I had just (in Aug 2026) booked a 2-night stay for Dec 2026 at one of their recommended hotels. As I decided to stay elsewhere, I requested a full refund. Only then I found out that they refund only if cancelled on the same day. This is absurd. Plus they advertise “Fully-Refundable” in big font and only in small font on the restrictions. They later promised me a full refund if I first cancel to free up the room, which I did. Then they went silent. DON’T ever use them! I will give negative stars if I can.

Joy has been absolutely wonderful. It made wedding invites so easy and our guests have loved being able to read our love story. Joy offers so much help and it is truly appreciated!

DO NOT book accomdation through this…
DO NOT book accomdation through this website!! We travelled 4.5 hours to celebrate my friends marriage. We spent £450 for a 2 night stay. We arrived to NO hotel room and a booking that did not exist. We managed to secure a discounted rate with the hotel.. for 1 night, due to them feeling bad for us. Joy have NOT refunded our money, NOT responded to us for 2 days now. Our credit card company have now been imformed about a fraud transaction.. AVOID at all costs!!

Messaging
When using the messaging option, when guests reply to messages, they do not get a message saying “this phone number does not accept replies.” We have had multiple guests say they tried contacting us at the number they got the message from. Also the messaging option should cost half of what they’re charging. It feels like price gouging.
