Excellent service
Tamar and the team made an incredible website for drift and dream hypnotherapy. They brought to life my journey in ways i couldnt have imagined. Even i was amased at me when i saw it all put together. My dad who didnt understand my journey was astounded with my webpage and it brought him to tears with pride. Communication was efficient and their patience with me was impeccable. I had no idea what i was doing and everything was explained to me step by step. There was 2 changes i requested when the proof webpage was sent. 1 was executed 1 wasn't but I am assured it can be changed easily. There was an issue with the getspace service - my domain name and address which i had purchased in January and although i sent the receipt as proof i was told it wasn't mine. However, Tamar sorted a new domain address which works well with the domain name. Over all, I am so excited with my page and I can't wait to bring it to life.

Very disappointing experience — I had to hire someone else
If I could put no stars,I would. My experience with WAcademy was unfortunately very disappointing. I chose their service because I wanted a professional website that could support my project properly, and one of the important things I needed was a booking system/Calendly integration. I paid for the service expecting the agreed functionality and a smooth, professional process. Unfortunately, communication became one of the biggest problems. There were periods where it was difficult to get clear or timely responses, and revisions I requested were not completed as expected. Most importantly, the website was delivered without the booking integration/functionality that had been a major reason I chose and paid for the service in the first place. I was also not made sufficiently clear beforehand that additional setup/payment would be required to achieve what I understood was part of what we had discussed. Eventually, I reached the point where I no longer felt confident continuing the process with them and had to hire someone else to fix and set up the booking functionality. I asked for a refund, or at least a partial refund, because I did not feel that what I had paid for had been delivered as agreed. At that stage I was not looking for more revisions or further work from them — the experience had already affected my trust in the company. For me, the biggest issues were the communication, incomplete revisions, lack of clarity around what was actually included, and having to pay someone else to complete functionality I expected from the original service. I hope WAcademy improves its communication and makes the exact scope of each package and any additional costs much clearer to customers before they purchase.

WACADEMY All STARS aligned to make dream come true!
I have reached WACADEMY a year ago to build my website. It has been a pleasure to be consulted by the project Manager Tatia who has gone to every measure to meet my needs to create a modern sleek website for me. As an artist creativity is the key to getting my brand across hence it has been thoroughly planned and made the entire experience a joyous. I am super pleased to have chosen to get them to design the website which is simple & straightforward to navigate. I feel it wouldn't have been possible without Tatia's leadership. Highly recommend to seek their service to get a fresh new look for anyone wanting to get an impactful online presence.
