**AVOID THIS COMPANY – WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD** I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice. I purchased a dressing table costing over €300. They sent me the WRONG parts, making the dressing table impossible to assemble and completely unusable. Since then, I have contacted them more than 50 times by phone and sent more than 50 messages trying to get something as simple as the correct parts for the product I paid for. And it gets worse: **TWICE they supposedly sent replacement parts, and TWICE they sent me the WRONG parts again.** So after THREE incorrect deliveries, countless calls and messages, I am still left with an unfinished, unusable dressing table and my home is now full of huge wooden panels that I never ordered and cannot use. Despite all of this, they have still failed to provide the correct parts and have refused to give me a proper refund. I paid more than €300 for a complete and usable product. Instead, I have spent an absurd amount of time chasing customer service, received incorrect items THREE TIMES and am now effectively being asked to live with a defective and incomplete product. **This is completely unacceptable.** At this point, I am requesting an IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND. I will also be documenting the entire history of this case — including the incorrect deliveries, photographs, calls and written correspondence — and will escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and legal channels if it is not resolved immediately. Based on my experience, **I would absolutely not recommend purchasing from this website.** I have never experienced customer service like this. I will update this review if and when the company finally refunds me. **UPDATE** The response from Vente Unique below is another scam THREE MONTHS LATER: no solution and no refund.

J'ai commandé là car ma voisine l'avait fait et était satisfaite . On a toujours peur de payer et de ne pas voir arriver la marchandise ou l'avoir partiellement. Ici tout va bien on a tout reçu dans les temps et la livraison était complète. Bien sûr pour ce prix le bois est assez fin mais on s'y attendait et l'assemblage fait que globalement, monté, ça à l'air de bien résister.
