The representative working with me was…
The representative working with me was fine. The options were the issue. Options were limited. The locations that were available when I purchased the package are no longer part of the program. On top of that, the accommodation options do not match the standard my wife and I are accustomed to. It is a little disappointing.

We had such a great time
We had such a great time. The presenting team felt like family. The "gifts" were handled with care and we had a great time in Vegas! No pressure.. just listen, because if you're a traveler, it's the best savings I've ever seen! Sid is a cool dude!

WARNING — DO NOT TRUST A “CONFIRMED” RESERVATION FROM VO My experience with VO was one of the most misleading and unacceptable travel experiences I have ever had. I had a CONFIRMED 4-NIGHT RESERVATION. I did exactly what was required of me and completed the presentation. Only AFTER I fulfilled my obligation was I told that VO would not honor the remaining 3 nights as expected unless I paid another $64 or packed my belongings and moved to a different hotel. How is a 4-night reservation “confirmed” if, after completing the required presentation, you can suddenly be told to PAY MORE MONEY OR MOVE HOTELS? I felt completely deceived and subjected to what appeared to me to be a bait-and-switch. The timing is what makes this especially disturbing: I had already completed the presentation before being put in this position. Their customer service was just as unacceptable. The representatives I dealt with were rude, dismissive and showed absolutely no concern about resolving the situation. I repeatedly asked for a manager or someone with authority to address my complaint and was told there were NO MANAGERS available to escalate the issue to. Total BAIT & SWITCH!

Don't fall for this scam!
Every time you make a phone call to these people, you end up talking to somebody who is very difficult to understand and phone lines don't seem to connect real clearly. Everything takes longer than it should and you are put on hold a lot. If they say they will call you back, don't hold your breath. They promise you all kinds of things, but what they don't tell you is that there are a whole lot of loopholes and hidden fees. You don't actually get what they promise you. I spent more time on the phone trying to straighten out their screw-ups than I did actually having a vacation. Don't accept their offers for anything! This is a total rip-off! Update: The note at the bottom says that they will follow up privately, but they have done absolutely nothing. Just like all of their other promises... EMPTY.
