I like the experience but…
Really like the app and the experience overall there are only 2 things I would change: 1. Most of the studios/gym/boxes have a cancellation timing and sometimes the studios themselves cancel after that timing which is super unfair they should give you some sort of benefit for that.. I have literally gone to a place to realize they cancelled on my way there and for myself I would need to cancel 12h prior not to get a penalty and pay.. 2. The classic subscription (M) does not have reformer pilates available in Lisbon and most of the indoor climbing places also disappear from them classic subscription.

Leider genau das, was mich interessiert hat, zur selben Zeit im Urlaub und spätestens dann zu teuer. Zumal ich fürs Schwimmen zusätzlich in Vorklasse gehen müsste und bei der Vertragskündigung dann die Info kam, dass dieses „angesparte Geld“ im Konto mit verfällt, da es vom nächsten Monatspreis abgezogen würde. Bin sehr enttäuscht

Charged for a month I couldn't use, and support won't show me the evidence
I set my membership to pause for August as I was unable to attend. When I returned, the break had not been applied, the payment had failed, and my account was suspended with an outstanding invoice. To be clear, I'm not complaining about paying for months I don't use — that's how a membership works, and I've done it before without a word. And I accept that I may have made a mistake somewhere in the app. I have no way of knowing, which is exactly the point. The amount is not what this is about. Support told me the break was never requested and that the error was on my side. I asked to see what that conclusion was based: the status history of my account with timestamps, and the system logs for pause requests. I also made this a formal request under Art. 15 GDPR, and asked for a goodwill solution. The response was that they stand by their policies. The ticket was then closed without a single word about the data request or the goodwill request. Both are still unanswered. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking a company that says my account records prove me wrong to show me those records. Being told "the error was on your end" and then refused sight of the evidence is not acceptable support, and ignoring a statutory data request is a separate problem again. Ticket 4519183. Happy to update this review if it gets resolved.

Always some "surprise" on this app
Always some "surprise" on this app. In August, up till now, I have 8 visits in total. Weirdly, I have 9/10 check-in. It is very annoying. Be careful with this app. A big learning today after communicating with customers service. Please don't trust/use the so-called Monthly check-in in your profile, because it runs on a general terms from 1st to 30/31th of a month and it does NOT reflect your check-in at all!! Your check-in calculation is based on your own starting date. Please be careful and not be misled by it. I lost 2 sessions due to this. 1 session in July and 1 session in August. Thank you. I don't have any upcoming bookings. And my agenda is empty. I've raised a ticket 4524717. Kindly help to correct my visit records/check-in numbers asap, as only 2 days left for August.
