Sehr guter Support
Trotz anfänglicher Probleme mit der Hardware (Display) kann ich mich hier nur sehr positiv gegenüber TUXEDO äußern. Sie bieten einen hervorragenden Support und mir wurde immer sehr freundlich, kompetent und rasch geholfen. Garantiefälle werden umkompliziert und rasch abgearbeitet. Ein sehr kundenorientierter Betrieb, welchen man heute in dieser Form nur noch sehr selten findet. Man merkt deutlich das hier Menschen dahinter arbeiten, welche sich wirklich Mühe geben, dem Kunden einen sehr guten Support zu liefern.

Smoothest Experience
I recently got my TUXEDO InfinityBook Pro 14 - Gen10 - AMD and the main reason for my order was Linux and me wanting to become a developer. From my first contact until item arrival the team was very helpful with everything and responded to my email immediately. The packaging was 10/10 and received even some small accessories. as for -- Linux -- If you're someone who wants to learn Linux but is intimidated by the terminal and command line, TUXEDO OS offers one of the most beginner-friendly Linux experiences I've encountered. Its extensive graphical interface makes the system extremely easy to manage and navigate, even for someone new to Linux. -- Mac and Windows -- I personally would choose Tuxedo over any other device even if you are not into Linux and just want to work casually on your daily office tasks or projects. It comes with some available software/ or the software center is on the bottom left where you can choose apps for your daily work and tasks. I rather pay 400 euro more at Tuxedo and have control over my device and keep my privacy.

Bad experience with laptop and customer service
I have been debating between Tuxedo and a different provider of Linux computers for a long time; in the end I went with Tuxedo, and have been regretting it ever since. Firstly, the computer was severely lacking in terms of speed despite the high-end specs (16 GS RAM, 12-core AMD processor, etc.) to the point that my 5-year old Lenovo was providing a smoother experience. Second, a few months after purchase the computer started intermittently making a loud white noise with increasing frequency. Later, the screen also started flickering. I sent it for repair, and when the computer was already on its way back and I asked them to tell me what they found/fixed, I found out that only the audio subboard was replaced. They checked that the flickering did not happen at their lab, but as I explained before sending, these issues were happening intermittently. I had to pay a second import fee when I got the laptop back from repair as I live outside of the EU; if the flickering recurs because they neglected to replace the components and were satisfied with just checking, I would have the choice of either living with it or sending the computer for a second repair, which would most likely involve a third import fee. Lastly, and although this is of less concern, I belive it is worth mentioning - the keyboard and touchpad layout is quite poor and different to most other laptops, with the touchpad being off to the side and the keyboard being crowded in places and far-apart in others. Doesn't make sense and takes a lot of getting used to. Overall, my experience with Tuxedo was quite bad, especially given how much I spent on my laptop. I would not be purchasing any of their products in the future, and would advise others to avoid them.

I am very happy with the infinitybook…
I am very happy with the infinitybook pro 15 gen 9. I had to send it in for repairing the sound card once, but the process worked well and i didn't have to pay anything.

Ich bin mit dem Support-Team von Tuxedo super zufrieden. Ich habe bis jetzt zwei- bis dreimal Kontakt gehabt, sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail, und habe immer zeitnahe und kompetente Antworten erhalten. Mein Problem wurde jedes Mal gelöst. Ich bin von Mac auf Linux umgestiegen und hatte am Anfang etwas Bauchweh, aber dank Tuxedo bin ich wirklich froh, diesen Schritt gemacht zu haben. Der Umstieg war einfach, und ich kann Tuxedo in jeglicher Hinsicht nur weiterempfehlen. Und NEIN ich wurde nicht bezahlt für diese Rezession, es ist meine ehrliche Erfahrung!
