Mám lokátor cat mini
Mám lokátor cat mini, nově jsme koupila cat 6mini. Je skvělý, lehký, zdá se mi docela přesný, ale proboha, jedna zásadní chyba. Kdo vymyslel to světlo? Šla jsem potmě pro kocoura, protože není vidět, pustila jsem mu to světlo. Najednou kolem něj bylo světlo jako ve dne, málem dostal infarkt, začal před tím utíkat, hrůza. Tak jsem ty geniální LED pásky přelepila izolepou, jinak by to nepřežil. Ale je to škoda, na starém trackeru byla jedna diodka při živém režimu a to bylo super.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ive used tractive now for around a year on my two cats. We originally had the old collar design, this one was ok, but the battery drains very quickly if you dont have low power mode . You have to remove and charge it daily. My cat would get this collar off every week, about once a week. Due to age of the tracker, the battery started disappearing extremely fast, and it ran out of charge when my cat took it off, so we couldn't find it. We then decided to be good loyal customers and pre order the new design, lots of money! And had it arrive a couple of weeks late. Once it arrived we set it up and put it on my cat. Now my cat gets this tracker off, every other day. Yes, it is on the correct weight setting. I have been emailing tractive regarding this, and even though the tracker would never connect to my home wifi or even "find" my home wifi, they have told me the tracker has got 0 faults (keep this in mind). The tracker has not once connected to GPS before leaving my house. it has always had a little red dot in the top right corner, but usually, when he goes out for a little while, it connects. The tracker picked my cat up in a neighbour's garden, 2 days ago. My cat came home with his collar on while it was telling me he was in my neighbours (INCORRECT, NO GPS IT SAYS, NO FAULT OF TRACKER, LAURA SAYS). My garden is a very large open space. He left again, and the location still did not update. A few hours later, he returns home with no collar, and Tractive still claims he is in my neighbour's garden without moving. A tracker fault. It should have picked up GPS many, many times where it previously did, apparently this is all my fault by the way according to Tractive, not theirs. So, after spending over £300 so far with tractive including monthly subscriptions, i have a 7 month old baby, no money, a cat who goes missing overnight, horrendous postpartum anxiety, and through NO fault of my own the tracker has gone. They want me to buy another. The customer service has been shocking in communication. All theyve said is they can see it on live. But they cant seem to understand the tracker is not where it's saying on live - which obviously, is to do with the tracker, not me. They've lost thousands of pounds out of me as we would track BOTH cats until they pass away. I am now going to find a competitor brand and give them my money instead. Do not ever trust their customer services they will take you for all youve got and never replace trackers even after all you've spent and its not your fault! 0 stars if i could! Oh, they also rub away the fur from your cats necks which cant be comfy at all:) improvements majorly needed.
