Worst online purchase, defective racket and unresponsive
One of the worst online purchase experience, service team is extremely ready to reply and help when you enquire on purchasing a product. Once purchase is made, service staff (Personnel: Chaima in particular) replies each email in 24hrs intervals at best giving a generic reply each time. My order #3518901 of 3 rackets had a defective racket which an a 5cm crack on the top of the Siux Electra Pro. Where he/she asked for a sticker code of some sorts which was no where to be found on the racket- hence albeit their competitive pricing I am not sure whether their products are genuine. I have replied them very readily and met with unresponsive staff, where no recourse with regards to warranty or replacement methods has been addressed. Will never patronize again.

Terrible customer support (#3494887)
I ordered a padel racket from them (a Babolat Technical Viper JL 2025, order #3494887). Order was smooth, shipping was fast, everything seemed great, even the price was good. I received my racket in good condition. There were some scuffs on the paint, but that's usually how it goes. When i went to apply a frame protector however, part of the paint just completely peeled off, as it had been chipped prior, exposing the carbon underneath. I had never played a match prior to that, so there was no way i could've caused that damage. I email their customer support and they reply very fast. I had my hopes up. I send them pictures, even close ups, so you could see there was no other visible damage. Now, i am usually not one to request or demand a warranty on a padel racket. I know these things are meant to be played with and break down over time. But since i wasn't the cause i was sure warranty will cover this. I've had 4 or 5 different rackets ahead of time and nothing like this has ever happened before. In about a day after i sent them pictures, they deny my claim and say its my fault the paint peeled off. I, of course, wanted an explanation how this is considered my fault, paint should by no circumstance just peel off, atleast not from a paint protector. I have yet to get a reply. That was 2 weeks ago. I sent one more yesterday and still got no answer. The sad part is, they even offered me a discount prior to me asking for warranty hoping i wouldn't submit it, which i can't even use now since they've gone radio silent. I would've loved to buy more rackets, since they seemed very professional, but ill be staying far away from them from now.

I Bought 2 Nox At10 18k 2026, and I had paid, and then they send a fee of €62.36 afterwards? 🤯 not only that, I then ask them if I can get 2 bats with a weight of 355-360grams, they then want an additional €10 for that! 🤯😵💫 Be careful when shopping on that site!! I will never shop here again!

Ho ordinato una Babolat Air Viper 2025 ed è arrivata in tempi brevi (3 giorni) e perfettamente in range sia di peso che di bilanciamento. Al momento dell'ordine, questo non mi compariva nell'apposita sezione del mio account sul sito di TotalPadel, per cui ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha risposto in tempi brevi assicurandomi che l'ordine era stato creato correttamente e che sarebbe stato spedito in tempi brevi.
