Digital tickets are so nice!
Being able to transfer tickets through Ticketmaster to other people so easily is very handy. My friend originally purchased the concert tickets but then wasn’t able to go. She was able to transfer them to me. I had no issues with bringing the tickets up on my phone at the venue. The concert was excellent.

No scan code in wallet
When I went to put my tickets in my wallet the scan code did not appear. Did cause stress because the venue did not have good internet connection.

My seats were in section 104 Row 18 and…
My seats were in section 104 Row 18 and they were obstructed and no mention on the ticket or ticketing process that these views were obstructed or limited view. In my section alone, you would have to sit in Row 12-14 to even remotely not be blocked by the overhang. There was an overhang that blocked the view and the screens completely. At times, you'd hear the fans more than the artist because the overhang acted as a container the sound bottled the the crowd noise. There should have been a better collaboration with Soldier Field to list them as obstructed or even limited view. It was a disappointment getting to our seats and finding out the obstruction. In addition, BTS has 360 degree screens which was completely blocked. There are also parts of the show with fireworks and any fan from these sections with overhang had zero sight. I traveled from California to see the show and extremely disappointed of my experience.

The system is flawed
The system is flawed from the ground up. One moment there is one set of prices, the next they have jumped up 200-$300 it’s insane. Also the fact that you won’t let us buy single tickets is absurd. When I say I only want one ticket I only want one. I should not be excluded from getting a ticket because you all have decided that only selling singles is not good enough for you. Some people don’t have the extra money to buy two tickets to adhere to your asinine policy.
