TheWatchPages is reliable with a great catalog
I was in the market for a special watch not available in the US and found TheWatchPages had the best deal and shipped to the US. Reading reviews about them here, they sounded reliable so I ordered one. Initially I we had an issue with DHL shipping to the US, but that was due to awkward timing of the order. April 2025 was when US tariff policy was changing daily and consequently DHL suspended all US shipments for a few weeks. Communication was fantastic through their rep, Susanne. She was on top of every update regarding US policy and DHL. I decided to stick through the process and as soon as US policy changed, the order shipped promptly. Order stayed in customs for a week. DHL requested "more info", some fine, others strange that you may want to contact DHL about, like SSN card (!!) and tax forms (again ever changing US policy). After clearing customs, the watch finally arrived in perfect condition. I had questions about some quirks of the watch and Susanne was able to answer my easily. If you are in the market for a watch and are considering TheWatchPages, I highly recommend putting an order in. If you are US based, just be sure to check DHL policy if the shipment timing is sensitive to you. I was lucky to not be in a rush at the time. Thanks again to TheWatchPages for having what I was looking for and to Susanne for making the process seamless and pleasant.
