I joined Spartan’s natural bodybuilding competition certification course and it helped me understand the basics of preparation and my perception has changed towards the prep, mindset and everything. Do not listen to false claims and join this course and you will see the knowledge enhancement.

Stay away from NIRBHAY JUNEJA the scammer
Nothing works for this company because it's a scam, led by a scammer called Nirbhay Juneja aka Jason. He proudly says that he has no degrees on Fitness Education and everything is based on chats with his "friends" who are either athletes or bodybuilding coaches. But in reality it's all Google and ChatGPT. In fact, during class he would google and ChatGPT and read out. He's irresponsible and has zero accountability. A very unprofessional and moody person: he is irregular with scheduling classes and would cancel classes every now and then. Study materials are not delivered on time and sometimes never delivered. Class recordings are not available on the students portal even at the fag end of the course. No one picks up calls or rarely replies to messages. They are read and not replied back. And during class, he would brag about so many things but deliver nothing in reality. Personally he would brag about fictional, non existent businesses he runs. I would ask everyone to stay away from anything he's doing and from the person he is. I wish I could backup whatever I wrote with evidence, if there's a way to attach photos/screenshots.
