"a 5-star tax service" -- give me a break

They advertise as "a 5-star tax service" that allows you to "Create your Swiss tax return in less than 10 minutes". This is a joke par excellence. First, by no means you as a human being will fill all the required information in 10 minutes (unless you want to stress yourself to the core of your being). This process is much longer. Second, their "Complicated is Outdated." motto is just a manipulative, dishonest marketing trick that has nothing to do with reality. What you are not told, is that if you have some outstanding credit card debt (which we all do) OR some deductions (e.g. you gave some charity giving, as I have), you will be informed (of course only in the middle of your application, when you spent much of your time, shared all sensitive information with them, all your bank details and amounts, your AHV number, etc.) that you actually need a tax expert support, which costs extra of course. Such expert will cost you 275 franks ON THE TOP OF 49 franks (with VAT, that will amount to a 355.4 franks!!!) which you will be charged anyhow (for using your time to enter all the required information yourself!!!!). I know you have counted to spend only 49 franks, because exactly that is written on their page („Smart pricing for EVERYONE“, Completed Swiss Tax Return, 49 fr.). And, of course you need to pay then their service 30% in advance. So their supposedly 21 century-tax-filling will turn, not only into a good, old traditional tax advice, but even a more complicated one, as you have just spent time typing in and sharing all your most sensitive information. Of course, you will not want to quit right there in the middle of the process when you lost your time, gave all information you otherwise would not -- you will opt to paid for your advice. But even when you opt to pay 355,4 franks, you will not get any advice. I have not in THREE FULL DAYS. Disgrace. This guy they call your dedicated tax expert will not bother answering your emails, even when you mark them urgent (I still have not been dealt with my case for longer than 3 days, and tax advisor did not reply to my email at all), nor will you have any clue how skilled he is, as you will have no clue who this person is. Taxly will only disclose his first name, such as Lucas, Simon, or whatever. So you cannot check their background and real tax expertise. Are you in the “safe hands”, as they advertise? Do not think so. Forget also about trying to call your "dedicated expert", as Taxly will not provide you with any number, even when you ask. So, spare yourself this scam and find yourself a proven Tax expert. My friend got one for 150 fr. That is easy and reliable.
