Tanja; a genuine, open-hearted, intuitive mentor- SO much to learn. Go for it.
Tanja reached out to me during a time when my heart was open.. and I was so surprised and excited because I followed Tanja on Instagram for years. When we talked about me potentially utilizing her coaching services, my heart started to close a bit and fear overcame me: how would I pay for this? I was already in debt and felt spread thin. But I pushed past it and knew I was meant to do this, I decided to trust that this was meant to be, and it was. I have had a previous mentor, and have also purchased a coaching course before I met Tanja. I’ve watched countless YouTube videos and began reading lots of books before I met Tanja… and, I would say it was completely worth it.. I learned so much from Tanja- and her intuition was incredible, she helped guide me with the words I needed to hear in that moment, she took the time to teach through diagrams, talking through experiences, or explaining concepts further. She helped me in tough moments when I didn’t have a scheduled call. She remained open and vulnerable, honest and kind. There was a warmth and trust with her. She was a support that I got so much out of, I felt I was able to really grasp ideas, and I was really able to integrate some concepts that I had merely understood from prior coaches.. I have begun to really step into a space and generate some significant insights with the help of Tanja. I would say trust your heart and trust in Tania’s ability to guide you in this process. You won’t be disappointed. There is so much to learn from her.:) ❤️

Tanja wants to see everyone succeed and live the life of their dreams.
It is one thing to have knowledge and it is another thing to actually know how to use it in your everyday life. Tanja wants to see everyone succeed and live the life of their dreams. The 5-day Challenge was a kick for me to rethink my current situation and where I want to be. During those 5 days I have experienced a great amount of positive energy and some sense of peace in my not so peaceful mind. And that is why I have decided to go to Tanja's program to finally stop playing it small and to uncover the person that I am.

During the OUISA journey
During the OUISA journey, I realised that I still cling tight on past experiences and let them still define who I am. Through this realisation, I have the opportunity to change that and create my own identity that I define. I am happy that I made the decision to contact Tanja and participated in her group program.

OUSIA programm
I participated in the OUSIA programm along with 4 other women. The course took 6 weeks and eventhough at the beginning this felt like a long time it passed really fast. And in the end I was a bit sad at how fast it was over. The programm entails written worksheets for every week as well as weekly online Meetings. The worksheets were very interessting and in some aspects very eye-opening, as I could identify with many aspects that are discussed in them. For me our weekly calls were always a oppurtunity to calm down, get more in the body and away from the mind. Which does me really good, as I realised. We learned different practices that I would like to further integrate in my life. All in all, I can whole-heartedly recommend working with Tanja. She has such a great and contagious energy but is also very proffessional with everything! I felt treated really good and I would also work again with Tanja!
