Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Unfortunately I'm left wondering. I contacted Swiss Impact Store about the sustainability of their men's linen range and was initially provided with a response listing certifications like OEKO-TEX Standard 100, European Flax®, and GOTS. They emphasized that their partner brands use certified materials and claimed fair labor practices and environmental guidelines are followed. This sounded promising. However, these certifications are nowhere to be found in the product descriptions on the website. All it says is "organic," which really means nothing without verification. When I asked specifically about their men’s linen shirt advertised as “100% organic linen,” they failed to confirm whether this product is actually GOTS certified or provide any proof. Despite repeated requests, I did not receive clear certification details or documentation for this shirt. Since posting my review on another well-known review site Swiss Impact Store replied to my email in an unprofessional and personal manner, mentioning “karma,” personally criticizing me, and banning me from ever shopping with them. This response is disproportionate and inappropriate, particularly given that my review simply reflected the lack of communication I experienced. They have also responded to the review with an aggressive, threatening and bullying message accusing me of being “bitter” or a “bot,” claiming they were tracing my IP, and implying legal action. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and concerning. It leaves me questioning whether their sustainability claims are genuine, as their response focuses more on intimidation than transparency. Other companies I contacted about sustainability responded professionally and apologetically when clarification was needed. I updated my reviews to reflect their transparency and responsiveness. Swiss Impact Store, by contrast, did not provide specific information or clarification and later responded in a threatening and inappropriate way, which is why my review reflects my experience. Regarding the shirt, for an expensive item marketed as organic, this lack of clarity is disappointing, concerning, and unfortunately a recurring theme in my quest to source genuinely ethical clothing. Simply claiming sustainability is not enough; failing to provide clear verification when directly asked feels like greenwashing by omission. There is no need to ban me, as I had already decided to shop with more transparent companies. Without honest information, I cannot make an informed purchase aligned with my values, and I will not be buying this shirt. I hope Swiss Impact Store improves their transparency and public relations skills so conscious consumers can shop with confidence.
