Stellantis Financial Services Ignoring Consumer Rights
Stellantis Financial Services has sent an automated reminder asking for a review of my experience. Here are the facts: On 17 August 2026, I formally executed my absolute statutory right to a Voluntary Termination (VT) under Section 99 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, delivering my signed notice via email. Despite this contract being legally dead under an Act of Parliament, frontline telephone handlers attempted to unlawfully refuse and block my statutory termination. My cancelled Direct Debit has safely bounced, as I am no longer contractually liable for monthly payments on an asset that belongs entirely to the lender. Because of the lender's unlawful refusal to process a valid statutory notice, this file has been formally escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) under active Case Reference Number: PNX-6108597-R5M6. Under FCA rules, Stellantis is expected to place an immediate administrative hold on this file and suspend all automated collections or adverse credit reporting while the public watchdog investigates. It can't be right to ignore statutory consumer rights.

CUIDADO: COOPERADORES EN LAS MALAS PRÁCTICAS Y ENGAÑOS DE LOS CONCESIONARIOS Pongo una estrella porque no se pueden poner cero. Stellantis Financial Services se lucra y es cómplice de las trampas verbales que utilizan sus concesionarios oficiales (en mi caso, Alava Lascaray, S.A.). Los comerciales te aseguran de palabra que la permanencia de la financiación es de 18 meses, pero el contrato digital que te envía Stellantis a toda prisa por SMS para firmar a ciegas esconde una permanencia real de 36 MESES. Se aprovechan de la firma digital para meter penalizaciones de usura abusivas (me exigen pagar 452,50 € en el mes 27 o 226,25 € quedando solo 4 cuotas para acabar). Cuando reclamas el engaño verbal de su red comercial, Stellantis se lava las manos, se esconde detrás del papel del SMS y te exige el dinero de forma implacable. No les importa que sus concesionarios mientan en su nombre con tal de amarrar contratos de 3 años. Una falta total de ética y transparencia bancaria. No vuelvo a financiar con este grupo jamás.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. When trying to contact the team, the website is difficult to navigate - the chat to us never worked for me, and when using my online portal as recommended, I never got a response to my query. 4 weeks later, I raised another query chasing the orginal, to receive an email closing the query stating there was already one open! I had to phone instead, and then was given an answer which later was conflicted by the end of contract team. Communication is very poor! I am due to return the vehicle and dread what’s in stall for me reading others reviews! Would never recommend Stellantis and will never use again.
