Beyond what I expected. Two sessions of pure soul work.
I wasn't sure what theta healing would feel like, and I ended up getting one of the most perspective-shifting experiences I've had in a while. Sam guided me through letting go of patterns that weren't serving me and helped me connect to the future version of myself I hadn't yet had the courage to step fully into. She's professional, warm, and completely present throughout. Highly recommend her to anyone curious about deeper identity work and modalities that go beyond the surface.

Transformation at the root!
In the five sessions I had with Sam, I experienced what deeper work truly feels like when guided by someone who knows what they’re doing. Her ability goes beyond accessing the subconscious. She works with her client in actively reshaping what holds them back, whether that’s long-held beliefs, quiet convictions, or past experiences that still carry weight. Leading the removal of obstacles that hold one back in business, life, or love, all of which are governed by the same root: the subconscious. Sam is an absolute professional in her practice. She holds each session with a clear sense of direction, while allowing space for exploration and the kind of boundary-pushing that real change often requires. All of this is done with kindness, gentleness, and a grounded presence that makes her client feel safe throughout. Her voice, in particular, is a powerful part of the experience. It guides her client into meditation with ease, helping them reach deeper and deeper states without force. I can highly recommend Sam and her work. It is truly enabling.

Excellent Theta Healing and coaching
I had a Theta Healing and coaching session with Sam, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Sam possesses a rare combination of deep intuition and remarkable perceptiveness. She was able to tune into subtle patterns and underlying dynamics with incredible clarity, often articulating insights that felt both precise and deeply resonant. What stood out most was her patience and attentiveness throughout the session. Sam is the best!
I have been working with Sam for a few months now and the insights and healing I've received from her have been truly invaluable. She has so much expertise with QHHT, entity clearing, and theta healing, and what she is able to do with the combination of these techniques is astounding! People can become experts in any modality, but Sam's intuition and personal experience in connecting with her Higher Self are what make sessions with her so special. She knows exactly what you need and how to guide you through whatever comes up safely, compassionately, and expertly. For our second theta healing session, I wanted to address this strange, low grade anxiety that I felt every morning. As it turns out, the anxiety was quite complex and related to multiple past / parallel life experiences. We worked through many layers and Sam attended to my care so thoughtfully, knowing when to stop before my system became overwhelmed. I felt so much lighter and calmer immediately, I could sense the dense energy dissipating as we went. The best part - I haven't experienced that anxiety at all since! I wake up in the morning feeling relaxed. I've never experienced such transformation with any other form of coaching or therapy; Sam is a genuinely effective coach with a loving, beautiful presence. I trust Sam to help support and guide me through any issue.

1st Theta Healing experience
It was my 1st Theta Healing experience, but Sam’s energy was welcoming and professional, and it made me feel at ease right from the start. As the session progressed, I could feel energy moving through my physical body, as though recalibrating and realigning something, and my jaw and face felt much more relaxed. The insights gotten through the session were also surprising, yet made so much sense! Becoming aware has helped me make more conscious decisions & actions in my daily life, and now, it seems my teeth-grinding-during-sleep issue has been solved! Thank you ❤
