Terrible experience
Terrible experience! The products I received were nothing like what was advertised. The towels were thin, cheap, and definitely not the “luxury cotton” they claim on their website. Customer service is practically non-existent — no replies to emails, no help with returns, and ridicolous 10% refund offered. The whole process feels misleading: flashy ads, fake promises, and zero accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this site at all costs. It’s a complete scam.

Scam - avoid and save yourself the regret
Scam. I ordered towels advertised as hotel quality Egyptian cotton and what they sent is cheap, low quality rubbish. Zero customer support and no realistic option of a refund. Meta should be prosecuted for enabling such companies to advertise and trick people.

Big Fraud! An internet Scam
I want to back up all previous comments. Also bought the 450sgm cotton robe and received a synthetic shitty poliester robe. Its a fraud and scam. Do NOT buy!! Please authorities do sth about it, i relied because they are meant to be from the US (Delaware) but its a huge chinese scam. Mind that the answer given below bubthe company is the same automatic answer they give to you no matter what you write. They are a chinese scam and their reply is uselesd and suppose help is NONE. My bank insurance dont want to give my money back because they say its a CLEAR FRAUD! Dont be the next one. Spread the word to end with these outlaw websites
