In all the time that I've used the user-friendly Social Champ system, I've been very impressed with their efficiency, friendliness and promtness. Doesn't work
I initially wrote a bad review of social champs. But what impressed me is not only did they respond to my review, within days, they made changes to their platform so that now when scheduling posts to FB groups, it will automatically find the group in question, whereas it didn't before. This was the first company to make tech changes to their business based on a review. Very impressive. OLD REVIEW BELOW: I signed up for the free trial so that I could mass post and schedule to groups that I am a member of which it says it can do. Doesn't work at all even though I have my Facebook group page open it simply doesn't connect to the right group. Even if I physically go to the Facebook group that I want to post on and have the group open in the Facebook app ready to go, it still does not connect. Complete waste of time and I won't be using this again. EDIT: I think there may be some misunderstanding about the issue I experienced. My concern was not simply about connecting Facebook Groups or a setup issue. I understand that Meta has restrictions around third-party tools and that direct publishing to Groups is not possible. The problem was with the reminder-based workflow after scheduling a post. The content I had already created, including the text and images, was not transferred across, and the app did not locate the groups I had added. This meant I still had to recreate the post and manually search for the group each time. I tested another platform, Buffer, which has the same limitation around direct posting to Facebook Groups, but it was still able to copy across the post content and make the manual process much smoother. This was the main reason for my review. I appreciate your support, but my feedback relates to the user experience of the scheduling process rather than the initial group connection.
