Dishwasher and washing pods
The products, dishwasher tabs and washing pods, very pleased with them, they smell nice and clean dishes and clothes really well. It is very easy to reschedule deliveries. It comes in recyclable packaging that comes through the door. Would highly recommend

A sadly disappointing product let down by a painful cancellation process
I signed up out of interest - the reduced-plastic packaging and lower-chemical formulation appealed to me on both health and environmental grounds, and I was curious to compare a newer brand against what I normally use. I already use Ecover for other household products, so smol's positioning was a natural next step to try. The dishwasher tablets sadly just didn't perform as well as my usual product in a full-size Bosch dishwasher: baked-on residue on a non-stick pan and ceramic cup s weren't fully removed after a standard cycle, something my previous tablets handled without issue. The main reason for this rating is the cancellation process. There is NO self-service cancellation option - you have to email support and wait for a response. Sign-up took under a minute; cancelling two subscriptions took an email and a wait. That friction is also reason I won't be trying anything else from the range, despite being an easy sell on the sustainability angle. A good product held back by a customer-unfriendly process around it.

The dishwasher tabs work just as well…
The dishwasher tabs work just as well as top brands which I've used previously, without the nasties. They don't leave a chemical taint or smell on the washing up. Price wise very similar to top brands.
