Having had a dread of visiting the Dentist from childhood I was recommended Smile 4 U dental Practice Croydon from my friends as I had a tooth problem that needed urgent treatment. From the outset, the staff were reassuring, polite, respectful of my anxieties and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to explain every stage of the process to me, listened to my concerns and didn't rush the appointment. I left the surgery feeling that I could trust the staff and had met people who genuinely cared about the people they were helping. Knowing that I am in safe, professional hands has already greatley lessened the anxiety that I have felt for years. I cannot speak more highly of my first visit to Smile 4U Croydon and would certainly recommend them to others.

Überteuert und Wartezeit
Überteuerte und untransparente invaseline Behandlung! Bei meiner letzten Zahnreinigung musste ich trotz Pünktlichkeit lange im Wartezimmer warten. Ca 20 Minuten… als ich dann dran kam wieder 10 Minuten im Behandlungsraum. Und das, obwohl ich fast alleine in der Praxis war. Die Zahnreinigung an sich war gut. Ich musste jedoch noch über 15 min warten bis die Chef Ärztin alles abgenommen hat. Während der Wartezeit konnte ich zuhören wie sich im Nebenraum unterhalten wurde. Obwohl ich schon lange wartete! Eine Frechheit wie ich dort behandelt wurde!!!

Really happy with my visit to Smile4u Croydon Practice. The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was kind and professional and Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. Very clean environment as well. Would definitely recommend.

Receptionists always cause problems, printing receipts is difficult and big mess booking appointments, happy with dentists but gave up going here because of admin staff.

The one star is given purely for the friendly admin staff. The dentists a. failed to see on an x-0ray that a tooth was dead and the root infected - a fact plain to see when I took the patient (my daughter) had to have an emergency dental appointment at another dentist b. offered an appointment 10 days away after I explained that she had had a night crying in agony in spite of the most powerful painkillers c. she has had a second bad similarly horrific night thanks to the poor quality of care of thus practice in Kidbrooke
