Excellent Customer Service, Great Products

Smartere Secrets London provided one of the best online shopping experiences I've found for international vegan goods. I bought vegan cosmetics for my fiancee and the process was very simple overall. She loved it! I was particularly impressed by the fast shipping times and responsive customer service team. I'll definitely keep them in mind next time for future similar purchases.

Never received my product

Never received my product. Two mos back and forth w customer service and they kept saying they would track the parcel and locate the lost order. Why not just send me another parcel? Like other companies in the US do if your package gets lost. I will never order from this company again.

I had the worst experience ordering…

I had the worst experience ordering from you company first it took a month to get it, and when I did got them. The tubes we’re broken. When I squeeze it the make up would came out from the sides. It was very difficult to use. It made it mess. I emailed the company and I send them pictures. Every time they would reply my email they would ask for more and more pictures. Same pictures And I send them every time they asked. They emailed me they would be sending me new ones immediately but the only send one which was the honey. But not the other two. The three of them were broken. I spend over 100 dollars. And I got upset because they would fix the problem It. So I asked for my refund and they said that there are not going to refund me because the tubes looked in the picture empty. Of curse they look used the tubes are broken every time they ask for pictures I had to squeeze and the liquid would came from the sides. Just to take the pictures. I don’t understand why they didn’t fix the problem. They just decided to take my money. In my opinion that horrible. I hope they don’t do the same to other people. And they make it right.

I think I got a faulty (damaged) one.

So I got the Honey and Latte cream contour concealer. I was so excited to use this new product and after waiting 2 weeks I finally get it. I go to try it out and twist it to unlock it and I squeezed and it starts oozing out around the sides. Gets all over my hands, vanity, looked like a murder scene. I think I got a faulty one because the Latte didn’t do that. I just got super bummed because I think half the already very small jug spilled everywhere and was waisted. What I did manage to get on my face it looks nice but if I decide to order again I think I will go lighter.
