Biggest fraud casino i’ve played (and i’ve played many!!) They manually remove winnings, claiming it is according to bonus terms. Has happened several times for me, allthough i clearly not have used- or agreed to any deposit bonuses. When trying to complain, either through chat (which mostly are working against you) or via email, you meet a total wall of resistance. Emails are often not answered at all. If they answer, they use days. This means that a dialog about any of my issues, takes weeks. In the end, you will of course get nowhere. It is very frustrating to be a customer here, and it seems that they operate this casino systemically to take your money and make it impossible to get any money out. SlotNeo is a fraud and should be stopped! Ps! Those positive reviews here can not be real. I have now so many fraud-like encounters with them and not a single positive experience.

Müşteri hizmetleri temsilcisine bir anlaşmaya varmaya çalışmasını söyledim, ancak reddettiler. Sizi arayıp davet ediyorlar, ancak kazandığınızda kimse sizinle iletişime geçmiyor. SLOTNEO SEIZED MY MONEY AND COMMITTED FRAUD.
The SLOTNEO website seized my $1800 and they are not paying me. They are forcing me to exchange the money and play games, resorting to all sorts of lies to avoid paying. I told their customer service representative to try to reach an agreement, but they refused. They call and invite you, but then when you win, no one contacts you. My money has been seized, I have all the screenshots, and I will complain to the licensing companies. They will definitely make a statement below, but don't believe them. I invested, I won, and they seized the payment. I even asked them to at least pay back my principal, but they didn't even do that. Never invest money in this site; don't let them scam you.

⚠️ WARNING TO ALL PLAYERS: STAY AWAY FROM SLOTNEO. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY HERE. ONE WAY IN — NO WAY OUT. In my experience, SlotNeo is extremely welcoming when deposits are coming in. But when a player accumulates a substantial balance and starts requesting withdrawals, the situation can change completely: the account is closed, the funds are withheld, and the casino invokes alleged AML concerns to justify keeping the money. That is exactly what happened to me. I deposited approximately 27,000 USDT from my own fully verified MEXC account. I completed KYC and voluntarily provided extensive Source of Funds documentation, including MEXC records, Revolut statements and income documentation. SlotNeo accepted my deposits, allowed me to play and processed $2,500 in withdrawals. After my balance reached approximately $36,000, my account was closed and my remaining funds were withheld. I was never given a proper opportunity to address the allegations before my funds were withheld. I provided documentation voluntarily and repeatedly asked for the evidence supporting SlotNeo's position. The casino later offered approximately $6,259, despite the fact that I never accepted this settlement. My balance was subsequently changed to that amount without my agreement. This is why I describe SlotNeo as “ONE WAY IN — NO WAY OUT”: they are happy to accept your deposits, but when you try to withdraw a substantial balance, your account can suddenly be closed and your funds withheld. I believe the withholding of my legitimate funds was unjustified and unlawful, and I continue to dispute it. MY ADVICE TO EVERY PLAYER: DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY AMOUNT WITH SLOTNEO. Until this dispute is resolved transparently and fairly, I cannot recommend SlotNeo to anyone. BE CAREFUL AND BETTER STAY AWAY!
