Delaying Withdrawal a month now
I am still waiting on a withdrawal from this site. They have been delaying it for now 28 days despite the fact they claim they are an instant payout site. I have asked chat daily and emailed management but nobody can give me any eta. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

Outrageous. It's been over a month now and everyday I ask without answers where is my money. First they lie and say they are licensed in the United States. 2nd they make a commitment to me for a 24 hr withdrawal and nobody is taking accountability for it. I was given instructions to play with no promo codes and I followed their instructions. Then comes the next stage of lies blame the game provider then I disprove that lie to get they followed up with escalated messages everyday for a month no answer and I am just supposed to be patient because real answers are out of their scope. Half the chat support say they don't have a manager one says yep lisa she's a manager and lisa replied I don't know anything sorry out of my scope. Copy and paste over and over. Advertised lies to anyone and scammers for a dollar with no respect for anyone. Belle, Narra, Zane, Tatiana, all have copy and paste no care responses. And they operate under another scam casino SLOTZANIA SO DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND BE THEIR NEXT DEPOSIT!!! YOU WON'T GET PAID. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIND THEM AND CHARGE THEM.BITCOIN INTERNET CRIMES TO THE UNITED STATES iS FRAUD. And have them learn it's a charge they will be extradited back here for.

Used a $50 free chip promo code. Won over $9500 USD and after the playthrough--the balance dropped to $100 USD. This casino refused to pay me the $100 USD and cancelled my withdrawal and took the $100!!!

False advertisement and Delay paying!
Their site claims instant withdrawals, no delays and lightning fast withdrawals. That is a lie. I have been waiting six days for my withdrawal to get approved. Every time I talk to Support, they say the same thing. “ Your withdrawal is still being reviewed by the Compliance Team at the moment. The review is ongoing, and we have not received any new updates yet. As soon as the team provides us with more information, we'll be sure to let you know right away. Thank you for your patience and understanding.” When I send emails to management, they do not respond. Well actually, they have responded to a few out of many sent. I feel like they are taking their time because they are either hoping I reverse my withdrawal and lose my money, are they just really don’t care. If I do not receive my money soon, I will be contacting their licensing authority… That is if they even have one. Once I get paid, I will not be returning to the site. I will be deleting my account.
