This company appears to be a scam…
This company appears to be a scam company from China. Cheap product is shipped from China. No indication that this will be the case from the website. I submitted a return request immediately upon receiving - that was 5 days ago - radio silence. No response, no email with return information. I’ve followed up with my request, and also not received a response. Do not purchase from this company.

The item I ordered was not what I expected. I sent it back exactly as indicated. I have gotten nothing but grief and difficulty from the company. Everything about this experience has been horrible: the item is cheap, useless, misrepresented. Customer service, if it exists at all, is abysmal. I will never buy from these people again.

Very slow shipping, poor quality.
Great reviews on their site. However as I tried to add, there was no way to add a review. I ordered 2 sofa covers. It was confirmed the covers would arrive within 3-5 business days. After 3 weeks I reached out to the company to ask for ANY tracking info. It was a few days before they responded. The covers finally arrived. They had been upheld in customs. Strange, as I thought this was a local/ US brand. I kept one. I reached out according to directions on their website to request a return. I astill hadn’t heard anything after 3 days. I reached out again and was offered a 30% discount if I kept the covers. I had used one cover for about 5 days and it already had snags in it. So obviously quality is not great, especially for the price ($176 on “sale”. You can find the same cover on Am*zon for $29!!). I have sent one cover back. We’ll see if I actually receive my refund (Fyi return shipping is $12). The cover I kept is falling apart. Save your money (and time). I wishe I had done my research and looked to .

Atempts to return a couch cover were repeatedly frustrated by a needlessly complicated return procedure. They just kept returning me to the same page where I had begun the process. I have given up, which is apparently what they're hoping that you do.

Scam without return services
Not only does it ship from China (it won't let you know upfront), which takes super long, the return process is impossible. Their promise on easy returns is basically a scam. If you submit a return request, it will be left hanging for weeks. No one will approve it so you never get to return your goods.
