Bag arrived with a defective handle, Skyflite were very quick to analyse the video and despatch a new bag the following day. It’s the perfect size for small stays and quick trips. Two outer zipped pockets provide quick access to essentials without the need to open the main bag. Quality fabric and construction.

Fantastic bag and exceptional customer…
Fantastic bag and exceptional customer service I bought the Skypak Folding Wheeled Duffle for a very specific purpose — we're travelling to Laos and taking a suitcase full of toys, clothes, stationery and gifts for children. We needed something that was lightweight, spacious and, most importantly, could fold away small enough to travel home without needing to pay for another checked bag. The Skypak has been perfect for the job. It has an impressive amount of space, is surprisingly lightweight, rolls easily and folds down incredibly small when empty. The fact that it weighs only around 1kg means we can use almost all of our checked baggage allowance for the donations rather than the suitcase itself. But what really impressed me was Skyflite's customer service. The bag was temporarily out of stock, so I contacted Skyflite to ask whether it would be coming back. I explained what we were using it for, and they not only let me know when it was back in stock, but kindly offered us a 10% discount towards our Laos trip. Even more wonderfully, we decided to donate the value of that discount towards the children's education. It was such a genuinely kind and thoughtful response from a company, and it made buying the bag feel even more special. A fantastic product backed up by genuinely lovely customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Skyflite and will definitely be looking at their products for future travels. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
