Scam Warranty Lie
Quick recap: my Skull Shaver's outer casing cracked after 11 months of completely normal use. The blades are fine — this was never a wear-and-tear issue. Skull Shaver's customer service has spent multiple emails trying to reclassify a structural plastic housing as a "consumable blade head part" so they can dodge their own 2-year warranty. When I directly asked them to explain why this crack isn't a manufacturing defect, their actual written answer was: "we cannot definitively classify the crack as a manufacturing defect... it suggests the crack may have developed over time." That's not evidence. That's a guess, used to justify not honoring a warranty they advertise. I've now formally requested they either replace the unit or provide an actual technical basis for the denial — not just a policy label. If this isn't resolved, I'll be filing with Trading Standards and pursuing a bank chargeback. If you're shopping for a shaver, ask yourself whether a company that argues a cracked housing "might just be old" — on a product they sell with a 2-year warranty — is one you want to rely on if something goes wrong.

Las cuchillas NO SE PUEDEN LIMPIAR
No tuve problemas con la entrega o la web (compré en su site). La máquina inicialmente me vino con un cabezal completamente desmontable que me duró mucho tiempo, porque se podía limpiar a la perfección, y el funcionamiento es realmente bueno. El truco viene cuando pides un cabezal de reemplazo porque el que tienes ya tiene las cuchillas desgastadas, se te ha caído al suelo o lo que sea. Los cabezales que venden después son de una sola pieza, no se pueden desmontar, no puedes llegar a las cuchillas. Por tanto, no puedes limpiar en profundidad, solo sumergir la máquina parcialmente en agua y jabón y hacerla girar, lo cual es una guarrada. Las cuchillas no quedan totalmente limpias, hay huecos donde se acumula la grasa de manera visible y eso se nota en el funcionamiento cuando vas a usarla: se escucha un chirrido insoportable porque los cabezales no giran bien. Teniendo en cuenta que hablamos de cuchillas, que hacen cortes al menor granito o irregularidad que encuentran, el problema es también de higiene y salubridad. Por cierto, en su web hay muchas opiniones, pero no permite publicar una nueva. Saquen sus propias conclusiones. En resumen: salvo que rectifiquen ese error que, visto el cabezal que me llegó con la máquina, es perfectamente posible, recomiendo evitar a toda costa, puesto que cualquier otra más barata va a dar el mismo o mejor servicio.

Honestly if I could leave zero stars I…
Honestly if I could leave zero stars I would. Have had 3 of their products and each one the head linkage to the razor blades breaks after a few months also discharges very fast. Also of note Skullshaver customer service is abysmal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!!!

DON'T WASTE GOOD MONEY ON SHIT
I bought a skullshaver platinum it was ok for nearly a year then the shaver would only charge 35% . I contacted skullshaver and they asked me to send it in because it had a 2 year guarantee. They replaced with another one . Then another year had passed and I have the same problem. It would only charge up to 35%. They would not change it but wanted £99.99 to take an extended warranty then replace . They know there is a problem but won't own up to it . I declined the offer and know I am going to buy one of the cheaper shavers that has a lifetime guarantee. If skullshaver had any confidence in there shaver they would give a lifetime guarantee. Obviously i have been scammed by an inferior shaver . I will not waste any more money on the skullshaver series . You think if you pay over the odds for something that it would be good!! I will not be wasting my money on skullshaver again . IF I WAS ANY OFF YOU GUYS I WOULD NOT EITHER.
