Stuck at 0% - Support assuming im blacklisted and doesnt want to help

Bought skript today for the first time tried with credit cards didnt work 3 diffirent (2 mine and one my gf) after finding supplier which gives an key bought it and then got an issue stuck at processing decided to try solve myself restarted pc, flushed dns, tried with vpn, updated windows to latest build nothing helped after making an ticket in 8hours answer "You are blacklisted from skript we cant help you" saying it is my first time and its nonsense that im blacklisted didnt change anything EDIT: You mentioned even in discord ticket, that i was banned now lets go walk through them First ticket: No you are ban evading, asking for proofs ticket dissapeared Second ticket: No you are ban evading, but if you would delete your review i would ask a reseller to refund you etc etc, after talking more for proofs of ban other admin joined the chat saying in Lithuanian "When you get banned on FiveM server do you cry alot aswell?", boom banned from discord, ticket deleted etc nothing happened 0 errors fixed And as you mention "Complaining that you got banned while trying to buy software specifically made for breaking another platform’s rules is certainly an interesting angle", i mentioned that i tried 3 diffirent cards, there is 0 chance that cards are banned because all of them are one time but somehow you even found 4th cc so that is good credit card generator from your side, so you didn't provide any proofs for ban because you know that im not ban evading, didn't provide an solution to it just banned me? Thats how customers works, good luck talking it down to VVTAT because as it says The product must match the description, in solution i got just scammed.

This review leaves out the most important context. You did not purchase from us directly. You bought a key from a third-party reseller, so Skript never took your payment and did not sell you the key. Any refund comes from them, not us. Your access was denied because of a previous enforcement action under our Terms of Service. You then claimed you were not attempting to evade that action while describing using multiple new cards and a VPN to get around the restrictions. The claim that we somehow used a “credit card generator” is completely fabricated and frankly makes no sense. The cards were being rejected because of the previous enforcement history tied to your attempts, not because we invented additional cards. You also explicitly stated in the ticket that you did not care about the money. Your objective was to regain access to a service you had already been removed from, and you used the 1-star review as leverage to pressure us into reversing that decision. We will not be blackmailed into overriding enforcement decisions or allowing previously removed users back into the service.

good as always

decided to come back to fivem after new skript update, had some issues, they were worked out quick and support was nice enough to reimburse some sub time for helping to fix them, new update now works well and feels good to use thanks

Bad support

I have 2 pc’s one of my pc is too low for this cheat alot fps loss so I’ve changed PC. My IP is same, same location same everything but they declined HWID reset and they didn’t gave me refund. They said they don’t do manual hwid changes.

Bought the cheat, the cheat itself is good only triggerbot didn’t work for me. Support is worst. I didn’t expect such fps drops, from 200fps to 30-120 Tried to troubleshoot, talked with them over 4 days and they didn’t gave me refund.
