Article in Mail on Sunday?...give it a miss...
Read an article in Mail on Sunday magazine and was interested...did the questionnaire and got totally bamboozled with emails getting me to set up an account, giving me discount codes and never actually got my promised personalised products that I know of...then took myself offline to look at reviews. The products are expensive and totally not tailored to you as intimated...and was also very difficult to unsubscribe myself. Just for the record, I was never in danger of being taken in by these people, but I was interested in the concept - and I commend them on their marketing efforts...please avoid them at all costs...

Eye cream
I can't afford to use the whole range so I only splash out on the eye cream and it's great. I normally hate the bags around my eye, since I was young, it's genetic but the cream genuinely makes a huge difference. I won't be without it now.

Love Skin Rocks!
I was introduced to Skin Rocks at the start of 2026 and treated myself to a few products. I’m a 34 year old man with combination skin which is drier in winter and slightly oilier in summer. I needed something I could use all year round without having to make too many changes and after looking into Skin Rocks elegant formulas, I was very excited to try them. They did not disappoint! I have been getting so many compliments on my skin since using them. My favourites are the cream cleanser, antioxidant, eye cream and moisturiser. They smell BEAUTIFUL and there are fragrance free options if you prefer. I gifted my partner some Skin Rocks products recently and he has also been converted. LOVE LOVE LOVE 🩷🩷🩷

Very good products
I have been using Skin Rocks products over the past year, starting with the hyperpigmentation serum and gradually adding others such as the amplifier (love it) and cleansers. I highly rate all of them. They are expensive but they are a premium product. The cream cleanser and cleansing balm are a joy to use. I have had no problems with customer service.

Dreadful products.
I’m very disappointed with the two products purchased. Firstly, facewash leaves an unpleasant residue on the skin. Secondly, Retinoid product a total ripoff. Made contact to say the product wasn’t as expected within a week or receiving the item. Was ‘advised’, to use the product for six weeks to see the impact. Six weeks, no change - and their response when I provided this feedback … must return within two weeks! Absolutely appalling customer service, I feel like I’ve been mugged.
