Middlemore Motel Otahuhu
I had the worst experience with siteminder. to fix a simple issue like a stop sell took 4 days to resolve. I feel they have a great sales team, promising your world then delivering absolutely medicore products that don't generate more revenue and slow to connect to their messaging portal. an hour to send an instant message to the customer from the time the customer books. i will never be back. you should all be ashamed of yourself
Auckland Airport Motel
I've been in the motel industry for 13 years and i was convinced to give siteminder a try saying they could increase my revenue. total lies. absolutely a waste of time. worse onboarding experience, i almost punched a hole through my screen, kept getting bookings not fall into my grid/pms and no one wanted to be accountable for it. kept pointing fingers at someone else but never tried to work with the pms to solve the problem. E0verything was working perfectly with my other channel manager, so I decided to switch back to my origianl channel manager and it took 4 days for siteminder to push my stop sell to my own website that they manage. do not waste your time using them. There are so many better options like staah who is half the price of siteminder and can do the core function which is manage the channels and put them onto your pms without issues. worst 2-3 months of my life.

Dear Siteminders, I hope you’re doing well. I’m Pranav Gupta, a Data Science and AI/ML professional actively looking for opportunities where I can apply data-driven approaches to solve real-world business problems. I recently came across the Data Scientist opportunity in Pune at Stieminder and was very interested in the role. Before reaching out, I took the initiative to study around 67 customer reviews to understand some of the recurring customer pain points and identify areas where Data Science, ML, and automation could potentially create value. A few opportunities I identified were: 1. Customer support response time Some customers mentioned waiting around 10–15 minutes for a response. One potential solution could be to classify incoming requests into inquiries and complaints and use an ML-based ticket classification and routing system to automatically direct them to the appropriate department. I have built an ML-powered ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) project involving similar concepts of automated issue classification and routing. 2. Product guidance and self-service support A guided system/product tour, along with short videos covering the top 50 common issues and their resolutions, could help customers understand the platform better and potentially reduce repetitive support queries. 3. Re-engaging existing customers There could also be an opportunity to proactively update existing customers about new products, features, and technologies. Offering existing customers a limited free trial period for new products/features could encourage adoption and strengthen customer engagement. 4. Potential marketing-support offering I also noticed that some customers appear to expect marketing support as part of the overall solution. This could potentially be explored as an opportunity to introduce an additional marketing-focused product or service, depending on the company's business strategy and customer demand. What particularly interests me is that these are not just theoretical observations—I enjoy looking at customer and business data, identifying patterns, and thinking about how Data Science and AI can be converted into practical business solutions. If you find my profile and approach relevant to Stieminder, I would be very grateful if you could refer me for the Data Scientist position. I’d be happy to share my resume, project details, or the customer-review analysis I conducted. Thank you for your time and consideration. I truly appreciate your support. Best regards, Pranav Gupta Data Science | AI/ML

For a company with a 4.3-star rating, this has been some of the worst service I've experienced. Context: I'm a website designer. I integrated SiteMinder's accommodation booking system into a client's website, completed on 16th June. The system was installed and live, bookings were coming through. A few days later, it stopped. We're now approaching six weeks and the payment issue still isn't resolved. Four problems have defined this experience: 1. No real support. Every reply comes without a solution or any concrete action. 2. No ownership. We keep asking for someone to take the lead. Instead, the issue gets passed from person to person with nobody taking responsibility. 3. No way to escalate. There's no phone number for urgent enquiries and no way to reach a manager. 4. No accountability. Replies take weeks, and when they arrive they offer zero accountability or reassurance. From start to finish, I understand the frustration everyone in the whole team involved is feeling. My client has a major event in early October and still nobody can book their hotel rooms. My work building the website is finished. But I deeply regret recommending SiteMinder to my client, and I felt I owed it to them to leave this review on their behalf. Six weeks of a broken payment system, and still no resolution.

As Mews clients, we use SiteMinder to integrate with Airbnb. We onboarded around 40 locations within a very short period, and having a dedicated contact made an enormous difference. Throughout the onboarding process, Leandro was extremely supportive, responsive, and quick to assist us. Working with one consistent point of contact—rather than having to coordinate with multiple people—made the entire process significantly more efficient. That support has continued beyond onboarding. Whenever an issue or question arises, it is reassuring to know that Leandro is there and that we can rely on him for a prompt response. Overall, we are very happy with the SiteMinder integration and the service we have received.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
